This branch always has the most welcoming people. On my most recent visit, Josh could not have been more helpful and kind. It is people like him that exemplify one of a kind customer service. It’s the reason why I would choose Wells Fargo over other banks.

Bad experience at another bank today highlighted the good service I received from Wells Fargo in Anacortes. Excellent customer service especially considering we were helped by an employee who was not accustomed to this branch and had to find her way around to get the correct forms, etc. It's all about how you treat people.
