Counterfeit products that steal designs. The "freedom to do whatever we want" mentality is a ticking lawsuit and boycott.

One of my favorite boutiques around, I love their clothes and home decor selections! Always receive great service and the store is very clean/organized. Little pricey but no different than any other boutique around and I love supporting local!

I liked that if you live in the area or further east up the Hwy 530 then it's nice to to ha e convince, staff seems cool but I think just a little too Nosey and all up in your business. I don't like staff anywhere always looking at you like a shoplifter. At least let me put the item in my pockets 1st and then start assuming. J/K I get it look at how things are getting and these small business owners are getting it with NO VASELINE. (MESSAGE)

Noticed in some other reviews a couple things I need to voice my thoughts. one was an anti LGBTQ bias at AH. Sorry you experienced that, but I suspect it wasn't the store - It's Arlington after all. A community with older community values. I also saw a comment on price. My first trip there, I expected the same. But my first trip and all subsequent trips (many), I find the opposite to be true. I find the prices reasonable, and comparable to other places I'd go. And the bonus is I get genuine old fashioned service every tim. For real. In hardware or paint, or any department, there is a guy/gal I can walk up to, tell them what I'm in need of, and seconds later it's in my hands. I'd pay for that service, but don't feel I do.

I had heard wonderful things about Arlington Hardware. Myself and two friends decided to take a day trip to Arlington with the highlight of shopping at this store. We brought our children along, so we could see what items they may like and make sure they fit properly. Unfortunately, we let the kids enter the store first, while we held the door. The kids were greeted with a "No! Out!" They paused and looked at us. I asked them what was wrong and then saw a woman yelling "Nope, not with out your parents, out!" My friends and I entered and said "Is there a problem, we're the parents?"The woman then said "Ok" and glared as we walked in. The kids were loud, but didn't touch or harm anything. We continued to look around and had other employees politely ask if we needed help. One friend bought a few sweatshirts, and then we left. We exited the same door we entered with the same woman at the counter. She didn't look at us or even say thank you or apologize . It was a terrible first impression and left a bad taste for all of us. I refused to purchase anything and my friend took her items back. I emailed to log a complain, but never got a response. Won't recommend this store to anyone, especially with kids. Being kind goes a long way with paying costumers.

I came in for a tarp the tag says 16.99 when I went up front it rang up $36.00 the cashier didn’t believe me and had to go check than told me the tag says it’s for a different size so u should have known that, I said No you guys should be tagging them correctly I don’t work here how am I supposed to know that? Then she was like well u can match up the numbers and another older lady was in on this. Didn’t buy anything because I’m not going to go thru people telling me I should know when I do not work here. If the tag said that I should have been charged $16.99 it’s your guys mistake not mine.

Used to enjoy shopping there until I found out they were bigoted against LGBTQ people. They've always been overpriced but in the spirit of shopping locally, I was okay with that. Not anymore. They shut down their store and even blocked their parking lot during Arlington's Pride event this last Saturday so that no one could park there, something they do not normally do when the store is closed. If you are LGBTQ or an ally of the LGBTQ community, this store neither wants nor deserves your business. - Thank you

Been here 4 times trying to support local business and have left once with what I came in looking for. The employee in plumbing/electrical department (larger guy with glasses) was a real peach. Looked at me searching for at least 5 minutes and then when he did try to help, belittled my intelligence by saying what I was looking for doesn't exist. Funny, 15 minutes later I walked out of Lowe's with said non-existent part. Maybe it doesn't exist at AH, but you can just say we don't carry it, not act like I don't know what I am talking about. At least they carry clothing and stuff that folks seem to like.

I had a very large arborist project at hand and I quickly learned I had a huge resource locally. Mike and team are so knowledgeable and helpful. They took in all the info of my project and helped point me to what I needed. I highly recommend this store if you have any arborist work ahead of you.
