Have spoke with Mark on two occasions. Was very helpful . Diagnosed a wiring issue with my spa over the phone. Fixed the problem. Did not bill me for advice. Recently returned an inquiry I had regarding another issue with my spa on a sunday during memorial day week end. Fast response. Good business man.
