Arlington Community Food Bank is a friendly and helpful place where people can pick up fresh fruit, vegetables, canned goods, and frozen meat, sometimes including whole roast chickens. The staff are kind, welcoming, and do a great job of supporting the community. Visitors often feel grateful and overwhelmed by the abundance of items and the warm atmosphere. The process is simple and quick, with easy parking available by appointment. Staff members, including those outside, are always smiling and make visitors feel welcome, even helping those with disabilities find parking. Overall, it is a well-maintained and vital part of the community that many highly recommend.
Kind and friendly volunteers and staff - for the most part. Only once have I had an issue with being rushed but I can't go any faster than the person in front of me. Great food selections. Some food I've gotten has been spoiled or moldy, but that's to be expected. Very grateful for this community resource.

It's a fabulous little food bank very polite nobody stares at you and you get the food that you need. They have recommendations but if you have children you can get extra food.
