Was prescribed a drug that they charged me 5 times what other pharmacy services charge !! Was told they don't accept goodrx !! Lots of people there working only 1 cashier, who really didn't know what she was doing!! I told them I didn't have my phone with me, so don't text me my prescription was ready. What did they do ? Texted me! I had to ask them if it was ready. Oh, we sent you a text?? Come on!!

Frustrating to get refills. We have to travel 30 miles one way and even when I call a day or two ahead our meds are never ready. Often our refills are only "partial" requiring us to have to come back. I was told to go to another pharmacy if I was unhappy, so that's what I'm going to do!

Been here many times to pick up for multiple people and about half the time, even if you call them in, your prescriptions will not be ready. I even got told it'll be 20 minutes before it's ready 3 seperate times before I got them one time, spent a total of 5 hours running errands that day and they still were not ready by the end of it. If you want them on time, you better make a reservation.

I didn't think their service could get worse , but the did. Now you can't even call & speak with the pharmacist. Takes DAYS to WEEKS for them to complete the refill process & then you only get a partial fill with "we owe you" They should just sell gifts. Overpriced for incompetent service

Our family has been filling prescriptions at Arlington Pharmacy since we moved to the area in 1980. I really appreciate the extra care and attention that the pharmacists take when explaining new prescriptions and any cautions or interactions we should be aware of. We raised 6 children so we filled many medicine prescriptions. Everyone is friendly and helpful and attentive. Can't get that at big box pharmacies.

I made an appointment for vaccinations. The staff, none of whom were wearing masks (hello - there are ill people in and out of there all day) couldn't access the electronic registration system. So, more contact than is safe bc I had to fill out forms manually. Almost an hour after the appointment time, pulling up a neck gaiter is not "wearing a mask" as I asked the person administering the shots to do. I won't be back.

I REALLY wanted to Love this place! It's located in an adorable gift shop with a fabulous little coffee bar and mailbox center. I gave them three tries. Each try they were incredibly blasé about my necessary prescriptions and rudely treated me as an inconvenience. Each time I was made to wait over 45 minutes and forgotten until I went back to inquire and was told they didn't even have my prescriptions. EACH TIME! Sorry home town pharmacy it's back to Bartel's for me! DO BETTER!!

I was actually expecting this place to be like many drug stores these days-- oversized convenience stores that just happen to have a pharmacist in the back. Arlington Pharmacy doesn't quite fit that bill. The pharmacist is still in the back, but everything else about the store layout was unexpected. I was going to pick up some milk while I was here, but, aside from a small cooler in the back (the type you see by cashiers in grocery stores), there were no beverages available here. It wasn't a big deal. I was able to run across the street and get some milk. Anyway, there is a gift shop and coffee shop here. The parking lot is easy to get in and out of. I do have one complaint, which is that I called them a month ago to get a prescription filled and the person I spoke to told me that they weren't accepting new prescriptions for my medication type. That was pretty disappointing. It's a pharmacy, you know.. you'd think they'd fill a prescription I needed. Either way, my dealings today went fine.

When the Hilton closed, I needed to find a pharmacy not run by a corporate office. I am not a fan of the corporate run pharmacies. I transferred all my prescriptions to Arlington Pharmacy. Ahmad, Mark, and Elizabeth are wonderful, helpful, and supportive pharmacists. It's obvious they love their job in the way they take care of their clients. I asked if I could get most of my monthly prescriptions at the same time and they made it happen. I usually use the drive-in, but on occasion I walk into the store. They have lovely items for sale. I bought a beautiful red letter purse. The pharmacy techs, the people that work the window and counter in the pharmacy have helped me find items I needed for upcoming surgeries and other medical durable products. Always with a smile. I'm thankful to have a pharmacy like this. The owner is a WSU Coug! Go Cougs! And Ahmad is too! Go Coug's. There is a UW Dawg that works there too! It might be Elizabeth or it could be Mark, I don't do! AND if you want COUGAR CHEESE, they sell it, all the types. If you haven't tried it, I recommend the Cougar Gold to eat on crackers, grilled cheese or our families favorite - Macaroni and Cougar Cheese!! I highly recommend this place.

First time customer I am not impressed and will not be returning. The whole experience was odd, the person serving me acted like the two medications I needed filled we're an inconvenience. I was told my insurance wouldn't cover one medication and would have to pay cash, but when I arrived there was a zero co-pay. No explaination. Then I was told the 2nd medication, a cream would need to be mixed and that someone would call me with a price and it never happened. I still have not heard back. Thanks but your service sucks.

Customer service has plummeted. I would rate it negative stars if I could. I have been told that I came in at an inconvenient time to fill my prescription, that my prescription would take 1hr (it took 1.5 hrs)I thought my Dr lowered the number of a certain medication per month, but no it was the pharmacy limiting the dispense number, so I went in to have it refilled. They again short changed me on the dispense quantity (24 instead of 90) When I said my Dr said it was to be filled at 90, the pharmacist came around grabbed my bottle with his irritation on fulldisplay. The bottle was returned with 126. I also recieve a topical solution every month and several times they have dispensed a smaller bottle than I was prescribed. Check the quantities EVERYTIME, because they will short change you and dispense less than what you are written for.

Pharmacy has been hit or miss over the years. Lately I have not received the level of service I would expect and am not looking to return for their services. The gift department, however, is lovely and fun to look around as they bring seasonal things in for the holidays.

Not the place to get a dot physical. The person giving the dot physical examination was very rude, made many condescending remarks. Then had to audacity to begin telling me a story about a patient in Wyoming who weighted 700lbs and apparently had to be brought to her on a tow truck. I would never go here again. Terrible experience hopefully no one else goes through, what I went through.
