Excellent facility. Russ the manager is a gem!! I am a widow and I had an RV to store and he was VERY helpful and caring from our first conversation. Competitive prices but you can't beat the personal service.

This place is absolutely amazing to rent from. I moved in when i was in a pinch even out side of the hours they provide. They have reasonable prices for the amount of storage i rented. Whenever i call, they are ready to call me right back by name. There have been times when i was late and they were very understanding as long as i paid at a reasonable time frame. I would rent from this place again. Amazing.

It's businesses like this that make me regret fighting for this country. I served United States Marine Corps 2001-2005 and have significant hearing damage which affects my eyes as well, I was in the hospital and was one day late getting my "rent" in. Audy not only charged me for the entire month, she insisted on the late charge and then she laughed AT me on the phone (I'm not even kidding). Worst service/experience.

Great place awesome price I called everywhere they have the best prices in town by far. Always clean great communication. Anytime I have had questions or concerns either by email or phone the manager responded exceptionally fast and solved the concerns immediately even outside of business hours.Like the poster before me said they don’t have an on sight office. all I had to do was call the number the guy came down 15 minutes later like he said he would we signed the paperwork he explained the ins and outs let me pick out the one I preferred. Then he set me up with a password to the security gate and verified it worked before we left. Definitely sets my mind at ease. I see the manager there all the time even after hours. He’s always friendly goes and talks to everyone that comes through the gates. I’m sure he is checking to make sure everyone that’s there should be. He’s a really nice guy great to talk with and always very accommodating

I had a emergency situation where I needed storage later in the day and I called and left a message,and Russ called me back right away! He met me there shortly after to get all the paperwork done and get me a unit! Great people and a great company to do business with. Shane A.

I have stored my items here for 3 years now, while I've been attending college. I've found this facility to be very economical for my current budget. Recently, they've gone under new management and I've found that if there is ever a problem, they are very prompt in returning my calls and fixed the situation within an adequate time frame.

Customer service went from bad to even worse. Several months ago I got a statement saying my unit was going up to 95.00 from 90.00 per month, (when I already have been paying 95.00 for the last year). Then all of a sudden they sent a monthly statement showing the 95.00 per month... (just when I thought I was going to get credit for overpaying for a year!) Last month a message was left on my voice mail saying I didn't pay. When I returned the call to confirm the check had indeed been cashed, no call back to say they had made a mistake or even acknowledge the call. Then this month I get an invoice(2nd time in about 8 years) saying I now owe late charges for paying late for the last 2 months! I pay all my bills on the first of every month, so can't imagine how it could be late and have always paid this the same way for years... . You people have issues. If you don't like getting $$$ snail mail, then please set up an account that payments can be sent to electronically- like the rest of the world. Left another message today, lets see if they call back...

DO NOT RENT STORAGE SPACE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE UNCOROPPERATIVE, NON RESPONDING, INCOMPETENT PEOPLE. (The first review I wrote was 7 months ago...things never got resolved. But everything just leveled out. However, we got a notice of non payment, which wr can dispute. We called and left our number with the company who said they would call back. We called a few days later and left anotger message. No response. We called today, finally got through to someone who was about as competent as a slug and he wanted to argue and not help in any way. Then just hung up and didn't answer when we tried to call back. I have left a message gor a supervisor to return my call but doubt they will respond). DO NOT RENT SPACE FROM THESE GUYS!!!! Unless you get a ground floor unit, be prepared to pile small amounts of your stuff onto a small and very slow elevator (that you have to avoid putting stuff against one wall because it will get hung up on the side as it goes up) to lift it up...or haul each item up the flight of stairs. I recently took over handling the payment of the unit, for a friend, so I called, at 10am, to ask how much the total bill would be and the lady, who answered, said she would call back "in a few minutes." She also informed me that they only take cash, check or cert money order and I would have to drop it in a box. 3 hours later, still no call back so I drove out of my way, to the unit and there is no one there and no indication of where the drop box even is. I called again, while I was standing at the unit and had to leave a message at 1:30pm and STILL NO CALL BACK. And they charge for late payments. Apparently they don't want your money or they want to milk that late fee out. Yes, it is one of the cheaper units but cheap doesn't always mean a good thing. DO NOT RENT SPACE FROM THESE GUYS!!! DO NOT RENT SPACE FROM THESE GUYS...I REPEAT..DO NOT RENT SPACE FROM THESE GUYS!! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!
