“Updated: Eric finally contacted me. Apparently, he was not alerted about the VMs and texts I sent him, so he is investigating. He issued a partial refund and came out to clean the exhaust tips as promised. I would have given 5 stars however based on the communication issues I had to take off 1 star. In the end they did a good job and I'm happy with the results.
I contacted Opulence to detail my Porsche Boxster. I received an email quote for the full detail - Signature of $300 plus tax. I got a call the same day asking if I had questions. I said since my car is mid-engine, a steam cleaning of the engine would not be possible so instead could I have the exhaust tips cleaned. I was told no problem they would do that instead. The crew arrived Monday at the appointed time and completed the job. After they left I saw the exhaust tips were not cleaned and I called with my concern. Obviously, the promised substitution was not communicated to the detailing crew. I expected an apology and either a return visit to complete the job or a partial refund. I also received no receipt for the work (hard copy or email). The phone number goes straight to voicemail with instructions that if urgent to leave a VM or send a text. I've since left 2 voicemails and 3 texts with no reply. I had intended on having them back to detail another car but will look elsewhere for my detailing needs. If you have problems or concerns with their work they will not respond.”
“I had such a great experience with Aaron and Terese! I thought something else was wrong with my car, but Aaron came to look at my car at my convenience, and he found out it was something else wrong and scheduled me in for repairs. He even drove my car back to my house from his shop, which was super kind! Along with being patient with me when Venmo was down. I will be a returning customer. Please check out Aaron, especially for women who need car repairs, because mechanics normally like to scam women, but not his team!”
