Bartells really disappointed this mama of 5 tonight, we were all sick thru Christmas and my daughter just got a prescription for and ear/ Sinise infection to be filled at Bartell, well after driving all the way there from indigo it was 730. Pharmacist said they closed at 7 and wouldn't help me I told her online it said pharmacy 8 store 9 she said that's Google you have to look on the website.... i said everyone uses google to pull up directions, I asked her what I was supposed to do for my daughter she was in pain. she said she couldn't help me and it wasnt her fault.. .. I was frustrated I then asked could you just send it somewhere else she said "NO, Not with that attitude! I said I'm sorry I'm a little frustrated and needed to just get my kids home she said it wast her fault and I said it's not my fault the website was wrong either... I was pissed. I then asked the manager to help me i needed the prescription forwarded, I was by this time in tears and shaking because I felt so disrespected, she said no sorry i cant go agenst the pharmacist, what the hell why have a manager? I walked out called my Dr back and had them send it elsewhere instead. Bartells needs to evaluate their staff and manager what a joke. I'm a mother of 5, pregnant and tired this was the last thing they should have done. Playing games both of them...That pharmacist needs to be taken off her high horse!! Doesn't look like I'm the first to write a review about her attitude and rudeness I wouldn't have been so upset but the time it took her to pull up the website to show me it said 7 she could have already got me on my way. Just GAMES. This is the second time ive had a bad experiance with particular lady my husband a week ago went to pick up my inhaler and she wouldn't give it to him... I have always had him grab my stuff what is going on with this place? Well just with this pharmacist she needs to have some training and or let go!

I have been a Bartell customer for over 10 years and lately the customer service with the pharmacy has not been satisfying. The guy that answers the phone when I call to check if my prescription is ready sounds miserable and it’s obvious he does not want to help me or answer my questions. I then went to go pick up my prescription as Google states the pharmacy closes at 8. I pulled in at 7:15pm and the lights were off and they were closed….I am not really a happy customer with some of the service anymore and have been thinking about changing pharmacies lately. I do want to add that the cashiers as the front of the store are amazing and happy, the pharmacist was great answering all my questions. It just takes a couple people that can really make you question things…

I've never been treated as bad as I was by the woman pharmacist there ever!!! This woman can't handle her job in the times we're in if she has to yell at you for asking a question and saying why don't you find another pharmacy. I was in customer service for 30 years, I would have been fired for being that rude. And yes I found a much nicer pharmacy and tech.

I love these guys! They have always been good to me and went out of their way to help me. It is not their fault when they can't get products from the manufacturers. When there's technical difficulties with their system, the minute they are made aware of it, they fix it. Just like tonight. I told them I was not getting my text messages, and by the time I got home, it was fixed. One day I was driving down Highway 9 looking at Town and started crying thinking where has good old Arlington gone? When I went to Bartell's, I told them that even though they were a new store to town, they made me feel like old time Arlington because of their friendliness and how much they go out of the way to help, at least me. I told them they made me feel like they were old-time Arlington people more so than some of the other businesses in town, who actually were old-time Arlington people. Some of them have become more..., I'm not sure what word to use.And to Laundries Hanging, what is wrong with having a good time while you work?

Examine your medications very carefully after they fill a prescription. They filled my prescription incorrectly twice - paperwork didn't match the label on the prescription bottle or the medication. When I spoke to them, they tried to convince me the label on bottle was incorrect and it was the correct medication. I took both to another pharmacy who verified it was incorrect medication.

Pretty decent pharmacy that feels like it's trying to push its way into being something in between a convenience store and a supermarket. The prices here are pretty high, but that's life nowadays. I was greeted by a cashier when I came in and it didn’t seem like a robotic hello that he was instructed to give (although I’m sure he was— he greeted everyone who entered the store). There are a surprising number of bougie products here like hemp balms and bamboo bandaids (pictured). The pharmacy is in the back. It can be accessed via drive-through as well. There's liquor available behind the front counter, refrigerated food and drinks towards the front, and aisles of various products that range from cold medicine and first aid to children's toys and cosmetics. As you'd expect from a pharmacy, there are many greeting cards available. There's also a wall full of picture frames, which I wouldn't have expected. There are things like balloons (which they can inflate for you if you want them to), snacks, and beer. There are also quite a few publications like newspapers and magazines for sale. I'm writing this review after visiting this pharmacy for the first time. There's a sign by the entrance that indicates that Bartell Drugs has been in business since 1890. Impressive.I should also add that it was raining when I arrived, so I didn't have a chance to take decent exterior photos.

I used to like this pharmacy, the people were wonderful! Lately we were lied to us and was given the run around. It took seconds to take us off there auto refill, which never really work half the time! I got tired of the we can’t get it right now, you can call around. Or we got under new owners, blah blah blah! We drove 7 miles for the customer service from only two people who liked there, and they were very informative! They went through pharmacy techs very fast!!!! It is really not a one star!!!

The pharmacy went from fantastic to beyond terrible since Rite Aid took over. The pharmacist rolling her eyes when I simply asked if something was in stock is the last straw. Taking my business elsewhere.
