Even a few jokes were made, and that was refreshing that we don't always have to be P/C 100% and fear offending each other. I stopped in for a trailer plug tester & went to leave, but the friendly woman O'Reilly rep observed my plug was dirty and suggested an electrical cleaner spray.Happily purchased item #2. One more time I remembered a 3rd Item and went back inside again; the guy took extra time to be sure it was the right product and I couldn't have had better service.”
