“I love them and they are consistant across the country. They are all friendly and go over and beyond to help you out with your questions and concerns. I bougbt a new truck and went into o'reillys auto parts and the guy behind the counter told me he was not a mechanic but told me what he would do if he was in my shoes. I did what be suggested and the problem was cleared up. So if I ever have any questions about my vehicle I will just go ask someone at O'Reillys. Gotta love those guys and gals.”

“Love this store. The guys are professional and they make sure they go above and beyond for customers. I had an incident where I walked out of the store with some of my parts and set them on the trunk, and I believe we drove off without them. I called the store like two minutes later after leaving and asked them to look around and see if the parts were anywhere around in the parking lot and they said they couldn't find anything. So I left it at that. I need to figure out where those (upper and lower radiator hose) parts went. Calling y'all *o reillys on State Avenue in Marysville, WA* bright and early in the morning (A.M)”
