“This is the best service I’ve ever experienced at any car repair shop! Brian was handling my car repair where he was super patient and responsive on answering my questions and providing my regular updates. I find no difficulties at all reaching to him! Due to my personal travel reason, I had to delay my vehicle pickup for sometime where Brian was super kind hearted to understand my scenarios and help arrange the car pickup upon my return. I find no difficulty to reaching them for help if I had one. The overall repair process was smooth and prompt. The body repair was also perfect. It felt like a brand new car after repair where the outer repair was flawless and looked like it never got damaged in the first place.
One recommendation I probably have is to have a post-repair sanity check. There were some small glitches when the car pieces were put back. In my cases, the driver side seat belt didn’t retract, the light fell off the car ceiling, and the doors couldn’t be locked or opened from the inside of vehicle. I don’t think these was repair issues, but rather assembly issues after repair, so a post-repair checkups could possibly reduce the changes of these small glitches. These issues were also actively and promptly resolved within hours, so I’m still satisfied with the repair process.
In summary, the overall experience is awesome at this place. Brilliant service and perfect repairing skills. Credits to Brian and his team. Despite some small issues, I would definitely recommend this place.”
