Online and on the door says walk-ins are welcome but there not. If you walk in you have to wait 2 hours and the ladies are very rude.

I don't usually get my nails done but if I need them done in a quick pinch I call this place, they're nice to work with pretty affordable and they've never made me bleed which I can't say for other nail places. They aren't the absolute best if you want super fancy nails but for regular nails they're at least my go to.

Definitely not very happy with my nails. I got a French tip pedicure, which was great. But the fingernail acrylic fill I got was definitely rough.
My appointment was set at 3pm, but didn’t get started until 330. Pedicure took an hour ish, then my fingernails took another hour. Appointments are definitely not prioritized, as I saw 4 other ladies come in and get started wayyy later than appointment times. The staff are really nice, but the nail art is a 1/5 star. If you want super basic, or French tip I’d say this is an okay place. But if you want intricate things I’d find somewhere else. Although my plain black is super basic and it’s still messed up 🥲. Not very happy! Paid $115 in total. 👎🏻

I have been going here for quite a while. Sadly today will be my last visit. I brought my mom in a month ago for a pedi and to do her nails. So she really liked it so we went back today for a pedi for her and a fill and a fill and nail polish on my toes. They charged my mom $55 for a pedi. Mom told me it was a rush job when we went outside she said it wasn't that much last time. She said I won't do that again. Her total for the entire service was $90. I went back in and asked and was told she had the $55 one with mask. I said she told me they didn't do a mask. I was told we had it last time. I hate the mask I never get those. So that is clearly a lie. Not going to argue with people that want to overcharge you. Just call it a loss and don't go back. Plus my mom was there at 1:30 as they said to be me at 2pm. Then my mom waited for over an hour until they did her nails. Really liked this place. There are several others we can go to. And on top of it I always tip $10.00. Nor sure what others tip. But I consider it a generous amount.

The owner did a fill for nails that should have been replaced. Charged me for a full set though.
The nails were so grown out that they have been breaking off below my nail edge. Very painful.
Going tomorrow to have them taken off and never going back.
BTW, been going there for a year. It’s gotten sad there.

I was disappointed going to this place. I called earlier in the morning and asked if they had any appointments open for today or tomorrow, they told me they could get me in at 3pm same day, I thought great! Lucky me they had an opening. Told them wonderful and I’d see them there. Showed up at 2:50 and told them I was here for my appointment. They told me to take a seat. I then sat next to two other women- unsure if they were walk ins or appointments that were waiting. About 4 min after waiting another client walked in and stated she also was checking in for an appointment at 3pm. I thought that was odd, that they would schedule 2 3pm appointments when they only had 3 people working. She stated she had work at 4pm so asked since there was so many people waiting would they be able to get her done before then, I didn’t work today so I didn’t say anything about me having a scheduled appointment too and that I was there first, figured I’d let her go first and I’d wait a bit longer. They sat her at a nail station. I found it odd as well that they would except that many walk ins around that time knowing they had 2 appointments coming in. Or schedule that many appointments at the same time. I and the other 3pm appointments ended up walking out after waiting for 15 minutes. Never had this experience at a salon before and likely will not go back.

Highly recommend! This was my first time here for a gel mani/pedi. The gals were so friendly to the customers and each other. There was no wait. I scheduled an appointment and they were ready for me when I got there. Lin did my nails and they were beautiful. I was also thrilled to find T working there who was my favorite nail tech at the previous place I used to go to. I will definitely be going back.

This is my second time at this salon and it is absolutely amazing. They are so friendly and kind! I showed them photos of what I wanted and they are exactly what I asked for. The pedicure which is not pictured was also great! No doubt I will be back! Thank you for being awesome, CK nails!
