My experience there was amazing. I was able to to everything online and when I went in to grab my lock and keys I was greeted with smiles and laughs. I recommend anyone there.

Very accommodating! Had a bigger unit for a few months and then switched to a smaller unit the day before my rent was due and they gave me the night to move my things and didn't charge me a dime! Had nothing but positive interactions with every employee I've spoken to. They have bathrooms onsite available during all gate hours which is very unique! I did a ton of research on all the storage units from Mukilteo to Arlington and this was one of two that checked all the boxes; indoor, heated, above first floor, early/late access hours, carts to use, plus more and they did whatever it took to beat the other facilities price! Very impressed with this facility after a few months! Came to this facility from one in Everett that kicked me out without any notice based on what someone said. Even with cameras everywhere they still took another tenants word over mine even tho video showed they were lying! I had been renting there for years and couldn't believe they would throw me out because someone made something up. Then tried locking me out of my unit after 24hrs had gone by. I'm confident I won't have any issues at this facility.

This has been a fantastic place to store our items. The staff goes above and beyond to provide an excellent customer service experience. Anna has been truly great and I feel heard and taken care of as a customer. I have taught customer service skills in my previous profession, and I think this team has it down pat. Well done!

Customer Service? ?Don’t believe the posted operating hours.Difficult to consistently reach someone by phone or worse yet, find the office locked during business hours with a “ back at …” sign. I waited for 25 minutes outside the office during posted business hours ( along with 4 other people) and when the attendant finally returned, she said she had to have lunch and she didn’t care that we had to wait.Agreed, everyone needs a lunch break, so Cascade , this place is understaffed -cover your office or be honest about lunch breaks , posted on doors and website .Regardless, this is a customer service business, no staff member should EVER respond this way to customers . Boo.

EXCELLENT!What really great customer service Carie C. provided . She was so nice and took the time to explain everything, showed us to our storage unit and made the entire process so easy. And this is such a nice storage facility they designed it well keeping moving in easy.

Clean atmosphere. Temperature controlled. Elevators can get a little wonky but so far so good. My only suggestion is to have staff clean the cart handles daily. They feel gross

angry and unreasonable management folks cost my friend his storage unit thereby forcing us to move the stuff we JUST moved in Out to somewhere else.... grrrr

Love the location and everything about this place except the increasing prices, but everywhere does that! Still affordable though. Would recommend this place to go through.

Good luck trying to reach someone by phone. I’ve tried for a month and no one returns calls or answers. I finally resorted to online chat.I wanted to cancel my unit. Gave notice on chat. Paid my unit and was told I’d get a prorated refund. Been waiting a week and a half now. Called earlier this week and twice today and an online chat that they’d have the office call back. And now they’re closed for the day!Be prepared if you’re a long time customer your rates go up for nothing. Paying $30-50 more a month for the same unit compared to a new customer.The current staff is awful about basic questions or even answering the phone!!! They deserve one star but because the previous manager Lisa was amazing to work with, I give them two.EDIT: spoke to Carrie and Ana. Refund denied because I didn’t give notice but did through online chat. Even after Ana said I’d get a prorated amount back.RUN FROM THIS SHADY BUSINESS!!!!! Changing my review to 1 star because that’s the lowest I can go.
