Chase is great but the only issue I have is whenever, WHENEVER I make a deposit. The tellers ALWAYS put it in a different account and don't pay attention to the account I MARK on the slip. Customers specifically mark accounts for deposits for a reason. Just a little more attention to detail please.

TRAIN WRECK AT CHASE BANKNormally use the Chase Stanwood branch AND ARE SUPER HAPPY WITH THEM but the business banker was on vacation for a couple weeks so went to the Smokey point location instead. We set our appointment for a Saturday morning as we were told it takes over 90 minutes to set up one business checking account and we needed three accounts set up, one for each of our rental houses.Our last refinance took less than 30 minutes !!!!It took over 90 min. for the banker to get the first account info. entered and when the banker hit the SUBMIT button to corporate Chase EVERYHTHING JUST DISSAPPEARED AND AN ERROR MESSAGE IN THEIR SYSTEM APPEARED… THEN THE BANKER SAYS TO US "OH THIS HAPPENS FREQUENTLY"SO AFTER 90 MIN. WE HAD TO START OVER FROM SCRATCH….UNBELIEVABLE.!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ..FINALLY AFTER 4 HOURS WE GOT IT ALL DONE (FAR TOO LONG) THEN TWO DAYS LATER THEY CALL US BACK TO SIGN MORE FORMS AGAIN UNBELIEVABLE. SO NOW IT IS FIVE HOURS OF TIME INVOLVED.THEN OUR CHECKS COMETO US 10 DAYS LATER AND THEY ARE BLANK AND NUMBERED WRONG. !!!!Then our credit cards which we also got were mailed to the wrong address in this case the rental houseSO THE CHASE BANKER SENT OUR NEW CREDIT CARDS TO OUR TENANTS !!!!!!!!!!1So then we went into the Stanwood Chase branch and spent another hour ordering new checks and correcting the errors in their computer system so our tenants wont be sent our banking info….GET IT TOGETHER CHASE BANKFIX YOU SYSTEMS AND TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE BETTERSIX HOURS SPENT TO GET OUR THREE CHASE BUSNIESS CHECING ACCOUNTS PROPERTLY SET UP IS A TRAIN WRECK. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
