Cheepers is a small, old building with friendly and polite customer service. The staff is generally non-judgmental and provides great customer service, with one employee noted as being the best and taking pride in loyal customers. However, another staff member can sometimes come across as rude or gruff. The store carries a good variety of specialty items and incense. Some customers find the rolling tobacco prices to be outrageous compared to other local shops.
They have what I need and when they don't they are relatively quick to get it into the store for me. Love it!
