My family has been working with Howard and his team for many many years. I would only ever trust Howard in the home buying process. Other companies you speak to a different person every time you call and they never know the up to date information, Howard, Waverly and Heather know exactly who you are when you call and have the answers ready. Howard also got my monthly payment to the exact amount he estimated when I asked if I should make an offer on a place, and the process could not have been more simple.
