Won’t answer the phone. I have a question about a $600 dollar order and will have to drive 40 minutes to speak with them in person. The website says my order wasn’t processed but it’s showing up on my PayPal. I just wanted to know if it went through or not!!

Rude employees in person, do not expect an answer if you call with questions. I called multiple times, I know you all are not that busy to not answer the phone. Your business practices stink like your clientele.

I’m giving this particular store four stars. Because I had a lot of questions about game they didn’t even carry. They were able to answer all my questions and then when I had a few questions about some of the products. The people inside didn’t lose any patience whatsoever. This review is several months old I have was late doing it.

I drove 30 min for absolutely nothing, they are closed when the website says they are open. Absolutely horrible details and if you gonna be closed, update your online information

Super nice guy who was talking to us. It's GameStop so it's not like they have a bunch of hot new games at good prices. They have good merch and novelties though!

I am posting this on behalf of a friend. My friend who is handicapped went to GameStop to trade in some PS5 controllers and they ripped them off and didn't give him the correct amount of money and made fun of him for being handicapped when he started to cry because they were taking advantage of him and being rude if you handicap I would not suggest this store
