Rude lady with black hair said she has 30 years experience. Pushed my head up and down really harshly. Constantly making comments about how dry and damaged my hair was. The cut is horrible. I STILL gave her a tip and the cut is so bad for 26 bucks, I will have to go to another place to fix it. No wonder I have not been to a great clips in 20 years.

Have been going for about 2 years now every month to this location, and noticed a slight decrease in standard and practice within the business around November of last year. But Yesterday, I went in for a simple medium fade and a trim off the top, specifically finger length and received dang near a complete high and tight with almost nothing on the top leftover. Not to mention the fade wasn’t even done. Unfortunately for the 3 strike rule, great clips Arlington exceeded that rule and will no longer receive my business. I hope they find more staff and train a little harder on quality instead of speed.

Made me feel like crap for calling in for an appointment and when I got there it was obvious the old lady that works their doesn't like helping people. I said my son needs a hair cut and she condensended me right out the door. She's the professional and should know what I want when I give her a description. Last time she told me how to wash his hair better... he's 12 and plays outside lady, sorry! Bad business for a small town

Gigi did an INCREDIBLE job on my husband's haircut! He says that it is the best one he's every got!!!! The ladies working at Great Clips Arlington are wonderful at what they do.

The girl who cut my hair was so meticulous and detailed. She had this whole big set of gold clippers, and she used most of them- as well as this cool mini hairdryer thing. She really did such an amazing job. We had difficulty communicating because I don't speak Spanish well yet, but that didn't stop her from giving me the best haircut of my life! She worked with all my cowlicks and made my basic short masc haircut look like a masterpiece. Also, the shop was only playing Taylor Swift the entire time, which I thought was awesome.

My boyfriend went there the other day and didn't like the hairstyle. The lady cut it too short, but he thought it was fine. The problem is that when he took a shower, his neck started stinging and hurting. When I looked at it, it was really red and had a lot of scratches.

Lady hardly knew a word of English. Seemed to be some miscommunication at the beginning. Showed her a photo at my wedding it was pretty straight forward men's haircut. Then asked me what guard to use like I'm supposed to be the Profesional hair stylist. I don't know if I show you a photo you should be able to make that call being the Profesional. Anyways ended up being way too short but I'm not too terribly heartbroken it's just hair. She didn't use a single product to actually style it before I left so I couldn't really see the end result. I kinda humored her when she wad done. I wouldn't recommend going back. I feel my wife could have done the same job and she wanted me to get it done this time.
