You know what, I gotta give my local GO a shout out. Every time I'm in here, the vibes are immaculate: the playlist is hitting, employees are bantering, and I can usually find some unique, fancy product for a peasants price. Plus I can always get what I need for dinner in a pinch. I'm damn near close to buying their merch at this point 😂You guys are killing it, keep it up!

I’ve visited the Arlington Grocery Outlet three times now, and every time, it feels less like grocery shopping and more like stumbling into an accidental sketch comedy show. I’m not sure what’s in the air over there, but wow—it’s consistently chaotic.
During my latest visit, the cashier dropped my chips on the floor while making direct eye contact with me. She apologized quickly, and I said, “Don’t worry, I’ll grab them,” because the line was so long I figured I’d age before someone else did it. While I was grabbing a new bag, she started loudly flirting with my boyfriend—who, I might add, seems to get excellent customer service from the ladies here every single time. Meanwhile, I can’t even get someone to acknowledge me when I’m clearly looking for a cart or trying to ask a question.
I genuinely enjoy Grocery Outlet as a whole, especially the Bellingham, Lynden, and Omak locations. But this one? It's a whole different vibe. The customer service I receive here has been consistently disappointing, and yet somehow, I still leave shaking my head and laughing.
If you're in the mood for a deal and a dose of absurdity, this is your place.

Such a fun local shop in Arlington. So happy to have gotten some tomato plants from you! I hope they turn out great as I am going to donate the produce to the food bank. I come here often and just respect the heck out of this little place. Thank you for being a gem in this town. <3

Absolutely worst shopping experience! Staff was rude , not very knowledgeable, very disorganized and employees were slacking off and had me wait forty minutes to a simple question that none of the staff knew nor wanted to take the time as a courtesy to look into. I will not return to this location!

Easy to park and had some very good values. Not as edgy as some of the Grocery outlet stores. Cashiers are very nice.
