Jeff didn't just find and fix the cause of mysterious flooding in my driver's seat foot well, he took the time to teach me how I can help prevent it from happening again. (It was the clogged drain from my moon roof.) He also gave me valuable information for looking ahead to plan for when my brakes would need to be tended to.

Wanted to post it on the website but it wouldnt let me. Had a battery issue, which I thought was something else. Ended up having my vehicle towed to Jeffs property and he took a look over the entire car. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe enough to drive away. And gave you recommendations on what to get done next to make sure your car is back to 100%. Just moved into a small town with two mechanic shops that obviously dont want my money since they couldn't even call me back. I am so beyond happy I called Jeff. I will be coming back!!!

I needed to find an independent auto service to provide a specific service for my 2009 Toyota Hybrid Camry. I live in Arlington and looked on google for a reliable place near me to take my car. I found Integrity Auto Care and I am happy I did! Jeff saw me immediately and diagnosed my car's issue. After the needed parts arrived 48 hours later, Jeff installed them and I was on my way. His prices are very reasonable, and I would recommend him to anyone needing auto care.

This shop is amazing! They will get my buisness forever.I thought they would at least have my vehicle overnight,but they began about 10m and had the parts ordered and on by4:00 the same day,well within my budget,and enough of my budget left to add a oil change(wich was also completed by4:00) he is my hero!! Great shop- you won't be dissapointed!

Integrity auto has never recommended work that didn't need to be done. In fact, they told me i didn't really need to replace parts that i thought needed replacement. Their honesty saved me money. It's the only shop I use.

.I didn't get the chance to bring my car in due to their being fully booked, but just from the phone conversation I can tell these are truly helpful and honest people. Every other local shop I called essentially said "Nope" and hung up. This shop kindly gave me recommendations on who to call next, leading to my next call finding me a place to fix my car after it totally bit the dust. As an anxious and distraught driver, I commend this place on how helpful their were
