Yesterday, I went through the drive through to cash my $4.99 check from the Library down the street. I gave them my ID. Apparently my drivers license with my face on it wasn't good enough? They told me to come in for them to give me , my $4.99. I thought that was ridiculous when most banks ask you to come in if its over $100.00. Then I go in and they make me type in my whole social security number.! Really .? The check was for Key Bank, their bank ! Such a hassle just to cash my $4.99 check from the public library.

They are very heavy handed and preform transactions in a needlessly confusing manner in order to generate fees. Avoid this bank.

I come there 5 days a week during the school year and the ladies there are always friendly. Quinn is by far the fastest teller that I been to in all the branches of Key Bank that I have visited. I frequent at least 4 different ones regularly thru out the year. Thanks for your hard work. Dealing with the public is not easy and people need to realize that.

Trinidad darling the teller is the nosiest, rude, and unproffessional banker I have encountered. Hands down the worst branch and employees I've ever dealt with. They could use a lesson or two in customer service
