First made phone call apointment for full set of tires to be replaced , did not just go online for apointment as it might not be available. So you can get the correct time you need. My price quoted on phone was the same at time of purchase no extra fees or taxes.
All Terrain, Spliced the tires for extra traction in snow & ice , 70 thousand miles will last, Les Schwab warranty included

Chiseled gouges in the barrels of my 2015 Corvette wheels when removing the weights.
Got a refund but they lost a customer. Beyond be how anyone would do this and think it's not going to be clearly noticed.... Wasn't planning on having to get the barrels refinished but here we are.

Stopped in at the end of the day with a flat. Very impressed with the crew. I can't say enough good things about them. They got on it and got me out the door jiffy quick with a smile. I'll be back for sure.

This place is so overrated. Prices are so high you think they'd get you in faster but no they are always full and so it's not worth going because they don't have enough stalls to care for all that needs their services with our waiting for hours. Most people don't have time to wait for hours to get a tire fixed or something. Too complicated. Go to a rinkydink corner Mexican run shop and pay much less get in quick and leave with quality work just as good as anyplace else but for less

Do not schedule work to be done here.
They straight up lie about service times. Scheduled a brake job on Friday and said to have my car in by 10AM. They said it was a 3 hour brake job.
They ordered my parts Friday but NEVER put me on the schedule, NEVER told me that I was a work in… EVER. I wasn’t going to argue with the guy.
I called at 3pm and they said it would be done at 5pm. They pushed it to 6.
Its brakes…….
Absolutely poor communication and completely unorganized business. Wasted my whole day and I could have had it done at the dealership by professional for the same price FASTER.

I specifically asked them to road force balance a set of wheels and they told me they would. Then they called me to tell me that couldn't and that they instead went ahead and balanced them the traditional way.
They should have stopped and called me, I would have told them not to waste their time. Instead of performing a service I didn't ask for.
Further more, they stuck on wheel weights without cleaning the surface they were going to be stuck to which will cause them to fall off and is such a basic mistake. Also if you look carefully at the photo the weights are not even installed flat. as soon as any dust of water touches these wheels the weights will fall right off! Good thing they are going straight to another tire shop anyway!

They won't put a tube in a riding lawn mower tire, because the tire is cracked.

I don't normally leave reviews, but Jesse was super helpful and made my experience great-- he convinced me Les Schwab made the most sense and that he would take care of me. I found the tires cheaper from another local store, but I ended up paying a little more here because I felt more confident the work would be done on time and correctly. When I got a quote on the website, it said the tires wouldn't be ready until two days later but he managed to get them in the store by noon the following day and when you have a flat/need new tires away from home, it's just nice to have everything sorted and to not live in limbo any longer than you need. Would things have gone well if I didn't come here? I don't know, but I don't have to worry about that because everything was solved, drama free, and at a reasonable price.
The popcorn was good too. 5 stars!

Best in the area. Always loved the smell of a Les Schwab. Courteous staff, big waiting area, and they are quick. Can't beat the warranty they provide.
