If I could give them a 0 stars I would. They don't even get one star from me.I ordered a new b-pap in August from Autumn in Everett Washington. I called them several times asking where my bpap was. I was told that someone would come to my house on the 16th of October to set it up. But I didn't receive my bpap until oct 17th. But the lady that was supposed to set it up lives in Florida. So they lied to me. When I did get my new b-pap on oct 17th I hooked it up just like it said to do. BUT IT DID NOT WORK. I called the Everett LINCARE. The Office manager named CHANDA said that I didn't hook it up right and to do it again. It still didn't work. CHANDA told me that someone would come and look at it. The person came in a van. BUT HE WAS ONLY HERE to pick it up. I told him that it's not packed up. So he left. CHANDA called me and said that she would send me a UPS label to send it back. So I packed it up and put it in a box and it was sent back to them. I never put any dist water in the chamber because the machine never worked. But CHANDA said I broke there machine by putting water in the chamber when I sent it back to them. I have a witness to how it went back to them. It had NO WATER IN THE CHAMBER. Then they tried to BILL MY INSURANCE COMPANY. I had sent it back. So my insurance company took care of this. Even there own insurance company with LINCARE new nothing about me sending it back to LINCARE OFFICE in Everett Washington. LIKE I SAID BEFORE I WOULD ONLY GIVE LINCARE OFFICE IN EVERETT A BIG FAT 0. CHANDA needs to go back to school and learn more about customer SERVICE.

Blake came and serviced my MIL machine today and he was so helpful and explained more than anyone had so far about how nothing machines work. After a somewhat bumpy road with Lincare he truly made it all better. Thank you Blake!

Thank you Blake and Trey for coming today and delivering my O2 supplies! I had several questions today and I really appreciate you both taking the time to answer my questions and also refer me to the proper person to inquire about a new needed supply. Blake has been my delivery driver for quite awhile now and has always been very friendly and efficient with my deliveries. He goes the extra mile in helping pick up my tanks that are sometimes in opposite parts of the house and garage too which I appreciate ever so much. Today he had Trey with him who is new but I can already tell he will be a great addition to the Lincare family. He was very friendly and willing and able to help with picking up my supplies! (They both also receive extra points for being friendly to my dog who gave them both 2 thumbs up!)

The staff at Mukilteo are truly exceptional. They are passionate, courteous, honest, and consistently go above and beyond to meet customer needs with speed and care. I highly recommend this place. They processed my order the same day it was received from my doctor and even scheduled my pickup appointment based on my availability. The service was outstanding, and their customer care is always held to the highest standard. A truly great experience from start to finish!

If you have a choice in oxygen suppliers, do not pick this one! At first the service was tolerable. But as my mother's need for oxygen grew, the dependency got worse and worse. We had several no shows or small one time deliveries. We got all sorts of excuses that range from understandable to "what the hell" especially as my mother's health was being impacted. The list of reasons for no shows or no deliveries include: employee had family emergency (things happen I get it), drivers quitting on the spot, no drivers available to come to our area for weeks, etc.
Well now my mom is on hospice and we are absolutely done with Lincare. The only bright star was 1 employee who went out of her way to try to help my mother by delivering oxygen since she passed through our place going home. She is a blessing among blessings. There has even been kind employees that apologized.
Unfortunately, Lincare had to get another "screw you" in. We scheduled a pick up of their equipment. Arranged for large pet to be at daycare and I took a day off work as Lincare cannot even provide a rough window of time for delivery. So we arranged weeks in advance. Day of...no show. No call. Nothing.
When we reach out, we are told a glitch caused us not to be placed on the driver's route. I try to be nice. But then I'm told it will be 2 weeks for another pick up.
The final punch in the teeth was seeing a Lincare van drive right by me not even 15 minutes later.
I'm going to contact my mother's insurance. They better not be charging a rental price for their own failure to pickup their equipment.

Have been with them for about 4 years have had nothing but problems! Consintrator not working properly not able to send anyone out expects you to drive to them. Today had a concentrator that was so loud that the house could not sleep my son took it to them and exchanged it a 45 minute one way drive for the one that the said was In good working order to be messed up again. Called and again was told until it throws a code nothing can be done unless you bring it in. Will be so happy when my contract with them is over and Can move on!

Lincare Mukilteo Everett Wa. Worst customer service. Never apologize for not delivering the oxygen for our Resident. Until now they still not delivering it. Our Resident need oxygen when she go to the clinic every week. She’s out of oxygen. They want us to pick up but we also not available. They said it’s not their problem. ???

Bob B. I needed guidance when trying to activate my new ResMed II CPAP machine for the first time, so I contacted the Lincare Office in Florida. It seems I was given inaccurate information and experienced some problems, however, when I did a followup and got in contact with Celes at the Lincare Mukilteo Branch in Washington, she turned night into day, and I could finally breathe a sigh of relief. My rescuer was Celes who was courteous, friendly, and very efficient in solving my problem, and to that, I say "thank you very much for making my day". Thanks for being the light in the darkness. my wife and I are traveling cross country by car. We never know where we are going to stop. We contacted the ladies at Lincare Mukilteo and they were awesome. Gave us all the info to restock tanks on the way. All the documents we needed. Also alerted the other branches so they could help us. First transfer was flawless. Thanks Ladies.

Celeste was so friendly and helpful. Even with my absurd request she was like "yeah of course no problem". She hand wiped my new bag(had all the tags on it) for me just to make sure it was sanitized for me.They had all my supplies ready and at the front desk for me the next morning. Wgen my oxygen machine went on the fritz they came immediately to bring me a new one. I recommend them to everyone!

Celeste and Lee from Lincare Mukilteo went out of their way yesterday when my husband needed oxygen bottles.
My husband thought he had an order and when Lee hadn't shown up at his usual time I called and Celeste stepped in and called Lee who was able to drop by our home. My husband has been on oxygen for 10 plus years and we have used Lincare services this entire time without any major snafus' . Thank you for your services!

Belligerent, abusive staff, with high turnover for 10 years. Hard to get right equipment they simply won't send. They change appts to accuse the customer.I filed a formal complaint about one woman who is now manager, that was never answered. They only provide used "recycled" equipment.They tell you "Medicare requires them" to change your machine that is false, so they can bill all over again. In fact I was snapped at by mgr that they bill $1,000 but Medicare only pays $75 that justifies their grift, discriminating against both Medicare and medically needy seniors. Incredible!I fired them 3 days ago after 10 years psychotic service, so they threatened police action against me for "stealing" my "paid for" machine. I received 3 repeat calls from the psychotic manager, bullying me. I finally blocked her.In a conference call with Medicare the mgr justified her bullying threat "because I told her I was going to another company" (that I have a right to do.) The mgr made it clear her interest was not in accomodating patients until they got oxygen replacement but continued to threaten police action days because I said I would find another company."WHO! WHO!" The manager demanded.Has she never heard of HIPAA? None of her business!THE Mukilteo WA Lincare is psychotic, abusive, and only provides used/recycled machines that are out of warranty. God only knows how they sanitize during covid, RSV etc.To avoid further conflict I don't need, I allowed them to pick up the machine that day. They did not leave a receipt as I requested. The woman answering the phone said she would send a receipt by UPS. She said she didn't care about the shipping cost because "corporate pays it."Because UPS is costlier than a stamp, I asked her to email or message me a copy. She has not.This is a psychotic and unprofessional office I do not recommend entrusting them with your life. They don't care. Those who are new and do care, don't stay long.
