At a time when customer service is often at an all-time low, today was a pleasant surprise. I was able to locate the item I wanted to purchase rather quickly. Only thing, it just happened to be one in a locked cage. I needed a cart anyway, so upon getting the cart, I was able to have a very helpful and friendly staff member assist me with getting the item into the cart. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I checked out, I realized the price below on the rail wasn't the price that rang up. It rang up for significantly more than I originally wanted to spend. I don't think it was a case of bait and switch, but it would be great if the items on the shelf were properly aligned with the correct prices below them. I bought it anyway since it looked like a better piece of equipment than the intended one. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. I'll just pay more attention to sku numbers next time!

I bought the Kobalt battery mower and I am completely happy with it. Assembly was super easy as I am 56 years old. I was looking for a light weight easy to push mower and I found it. Keith was wonderful at helping me pick it out and get it on credit. He was super helpful with the whole buying experience. I recommend this mower. Thank you Keith!!

Great selection of home improvement products. I have visited the store probably 50 to 75 times in the last two years, so it is my go-to place. Don, Yesinia. Ben & Keith at the Pro desk are all knowledgeable and eager to help.

As a contractor, Lowe's offers the order online and pick up next day experience. It is easy, convenient, and no issues with returns.

Overall worst experience I have ever had. We went through them to get a fence installed thought it would be easier then trying to shop around cause they should know what they are doing. Wrong they were quick to come out and sign us up and take our money! When asked how long the process would be roughly we were told 6 weeks maybe. Wrong we signed the contract end of March our fence wasn’t completed until the first week of July. I kept reaching out to corporate and they just kept “escalating it” what ever that means, nothing was done. We were paying on something we didn’t even have, when asked if there was another contractor they could send out to get it done sooner they said no they only had one fence guy in all of Arlington/ Snohomish county. Terrible customer service just tell you over and over again what you want to hear. After Al of this and a 16k fence install they offer a $25 Lowe’s gift card! Are you kidding me. Never again will we shop there or use their services.

I placed on online order, and upon pick up realized I ordered the wrong products. Nathan was great, he was patient with me considering everything had to be put back. He was more than helpful in assisting with finding the correct products I needed. He promptly handled cancelling my online order and assisted with making sure I had the correct products and product tags at check out. The whole process was seamless and easy.
I'm a little late with this, and missed the email deadline for the survey. Instore 5/10/24

I would like to compliment Nathan, one of your store associates, for his positive attitude, great customer service, and knowledge about your store's products. He was very creative in solving a problem I had with dowels for my sliding glass door. He is an asset to Lowe's !
