this company extorts people. my car was stolen from me and these people illegally towed my car after i was called by an officer to come get it. this officer gave me no chance to even find a solution to get my vehicle before this company came out and towed it. i was called at 1:39 in the morning while i was sleeping and told i had 30 minutes to be at the scene or they would tow it. they charge you a fee for night time service when you have no choice. they claim it's for safety for the drivers yet they will have no problem taking mg vehicle to charge me over a thousand dollars for my own vehicle which i own and was stolen from me. do not allow this company to tow your vehicle! i've left multiple reviews to people know to avoid this pathetic ghetto company!!!!!! i'll add that the owner has cookie cutter corporate responses to every negative review for a reason!!!! they are trying to save face!!! avoid this company, they will try to scam you for everything they can. they lie and say theres nothing they can do with the prices when they know theyre the only company in the vicinity!!!!!!predatory company!!!!!!

Zero stars This business has no signs in front. They dropped chain on my husbands truck while we were picking up something at the business's next door. Our truck was completely clear of any gates and was within 7 feet of road easement. The operator we believe does this on a regular basis to show intimidation. The company showed learn the laws and be more professional.

3/22/2024My vehicle was impounded quilceda. Casino tulalip 1999 rangerSunday evening following the tow the soonest I was able to drive be see my truck in North county tow yard. First thing Monday morning ( cheaper to pick up Monday rather than the weekend fees)Monday I have valid license truck is in business name needed the hard copy of business license to get vehicle out. Pulled into up on the. Washington. State department of revenue website. The women in the office points to the wall and says she needs the paper that looks like that one right there. Then she the only attempt to assist or suggest or slightly help the customer through this entire ordeal. " you can get that document from the licensing place just up the road buy the Lowe's on 172nd smokey point .They do not deal with business licenses.UPS store at the Safeway prints documents for customers so I saving myself a trip half hour north to get hard copy of license print of license on some thicker paper everything was in the upper left hand corner of the paper but o well let's see what happens. Sure enough the pointed to on the wall of what I needed was nothing like I brought back she filled that along with my expired license my old one I pulled out first by accident took a copy and. Said that I was vood. AT THIS TIME I SAS STJLL HNDER THE IMPRESION NORTH COUNTY TOWING DID NOT HAVE MY KEYS TO START THE TRUCK. They must be inside the truck must be after removing every item from. The truck no keys where flind. I ask the lady to double check there end of possible misplacement of the keys. Meanwhile I'm on the phone with the agency who has the truck towed and assumed they still had the keys or would be the reason north county towing didn't have any keys with the truck. After finally two days of phone calls and conversations the box was checked and the officer remember handing the female driver the keys quickly call the North county towing and of course they have keys. But wait I make it back to the tow yard this being Wednesday following within the week of being towed. Before I pay these fees that have added up do to north county towings misplacement of my vehicle keys before ei hand this lady the cash to I. Want to be sure they would start my car and like most of us we recognize our keys I did not recognize the keys that they said where for my truck sure enough would not start the vehicle. So my truck still sits in the yard gathering more fees without keys. And I have not been able to get anyone from this northcounty towing to respond to my emails the same person who works in the office answers the phone the second number on the North county towings business. Card I was told by the one person able to contactOr. Communicate with in the entire company tells me she isn't sure who number the second number belongs to on the business card so I call that number and her phone rings right there in front of me. Very profesjonal. This. Business is im sure not the easiest to run and have a lot of pissed off people when you make a mistake own up to ir come up with a solution and everyone. Can continue on there day northcounty towing has tried everything accept do the right thing they have shut down any and every possible solution or suggestion and given zero care or concern to there wrong doing.

I've unfortunately had the pleasure of having multiple cars towed by North County Towing. But there is nothing unfortunate about the team and the services they provide.They have never quoted me a price that was different at the time of billing. And they've never been late meeting me for pick up without first calling to let me know. I've never had an issue with damage or loss. And I have never experienced items missing from my vehicles that they have handled.I appreciate NCT and recommend their services for anyone seeking them.

So I had my car impounded which I was living in and I have no money no job, I have been struggling with mental health and drug issues as well which resulted in my arrest getting my vehicle impounded. This was all while I even just went to ideal options and had my scripts ready at the pharmacy, it was just very pricey. But the vehicle is registered under my moms name and I'm not completely sure whether it's her name that's on the title before she changed it when receiving her citizenship and so we don't know exactly what name the vehicle is under and so they are being of no immediate help and all suggestions they're providing me with are options that will make releasing my vehicle way more than I can afford and will probably end up getting sold. I've begged nicely if there's any solution to getting me my vehicle back asap bc ive even been applying for jobs and without my vehicle there will be no chance of me to getting my life together or getting clean bc I am stuck at the only place that allows me to stay except I'm not 100% safe. I'm even trying to request a hearing and I showed up after "business hours" yet they're 24 hours but claimed the office was closed so then how are they 24 hours? How would one pick up a car after the "regular business hours?" And the lady on the phone was so very rude and just hung up on me and I find that happens very frequently w impound employees being very rude abrupt and unhelpful.

After this freeze my car was dead I have a new alternator and battery less than a yr old. Kelly came out on time and proceeded to jump my car. He brought out the mobile jumper but it would not start my car. We tried the tow trucks system and it did not work no spark. Kelly says to me he has a fix and would be right back. 10 mins and he comes back with jumper cables long enough to reach that he purchased from O Reilly's Above and beyond. Don't see that much anymore. Thank you Kelly and North County Towing

Worst tow company I've dealt with yet unprofessional unhelpful n completely lacks any customer service skills zero knowledge of the law especially when it comes to the knowing of vehicle policy's n procedures. They pushed out being able to meet with me to get my vehicle put days n days until it was racked up to almost 2k in tow bill.! When I ask for the form to contest tow because my vehicle was impounded illegally they refused me services.! Crooks they shouldn't be able to continue to stay in business.!

I was out on Sunday morning at 7:30 am teaching my son how to drive before there were to many cars on the road. We were doing 38 in a 35 when a tow truck came flying up and started tailgating us at a dangerous distance. The truck started swerving back and fourth and the driver started laying on his horn for 30 seconds or more at a time, finally he illegally passed us in a turn lane cutting us off. The name on the truck North County towing, my son was terrified being his second time out driving. I was able to get most of it on video and will be calling them but after looking them up online I imagine the owner was probably the driver. Real nice hope this guy feels like a real man traumatizing an 15 year old kid

Whoever took my call on Saturday morning definitely did not make a note of a sign of release to my insurance agent, further delaying the process saga of my stolen car. Thanks for that.

Never sent me a certified letter that they had my car and never sent me a bill. I came there with money to get my car out and they told me they were closed for lunch. Just so it would go up another 50 bucks. Do not let them s**** you. Them when I ask the lady in office for managers number she doesn't give it to me and tells me her boss never comes in the office cause they're a small business! Wtf shouldn't she be in ther more? Stupid. I've been struggling since March cause I still don't have a vehicle. ****** store and this place work together to s**** people off. The power of the people we need to stuck together. I pay taxes I should be allowed to not have my car took. Not to mention I lived in my car so I'm without a home now.

It's always a little stressful when you have to call for a tow truck. The woman who answered the call took all of my info and asked a couple more questions, and told me a truck should be to my location in about 30 minutes. Awesomely short time.The driver Travis was worth his weight in gold. He asked if I had someone coming to pick me up or if I needed a ride with him. I told him about the error code on my code reader and he asked if he could take a look under the hood, to see if it was something easy he could help with. He towed my AWD safely, and pulled over to let a string of traffic on HWY 530 pass. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and warmed the truck up before I got in.I hope I don't need to call these guys again, but I would use them for any towing or service need again in a heartbeat. Thank you for rescuing me and my vehicle, and for safely getting us home.

Travis helped us today when we found ourself locked out of our truck with the key in the ignition and truck running.Took them only 30 minutes from the time we called until they got to us (we’re in the country). And it Travis only 5-10 minutes and all done! Great job and appreciate the efficiency and quickness!Before that we spend 2 + hours on the phone with ford and GEICO road assistance, they appointed towing company out of Everett , whose ETA was 50 minutes, then called, then 1.5-2 late, and half hour later called and cancelled!
