Updated: Eric finally contacted me. Apparently, he was not alerted about the VMs and texts I sent him, so he is investigating. He issued a partial refund and came out to clean the exhaust tips as promised. I would have given 5 stars however based on the communication issues I had to take off 1 star. In the end they did a good job and I'm happy with the results.
I contacted Opulence to detail my Porsche Boxster. I received an email quote for the full detail - Signature of $300 plus tax. I got a call the same day asking if I had questions. I said since my car is mid-engine, a steam cleaning of the engine would not be possible so instead could I have the exhaust tips cleaned. I was told no problem they would do that instead. The crew arrived Monday at the appointed time and completed the job. After they left I saw the exhaust tips were not cleaned and I called with my concern. Obviously, the promised substitution was not communicated to the detailing crew. I expected an apology and either a return visit to complete the job or a partial refund. I also received no receipt for the work (hard copy or email). The phone number goes straight to voicemail with instructions that if urgent to leave a VM or send a text. I've since left 2 voicemails and 3 texts with no reply. I had intended on having them back to detail another car but will look elsewhere for my detailing needs. If you have problems or concerns with their work they will not respond.

Overall I'm happy with the service, but there were definitely bumps day of. I had scheduled 2 cars to be worked on at 9am on a Friday. I got a call at 8am from Eric that someone called out sick, so they were short staffed. He asked if I could move the appointment to the next day for a $25 discount, but I wasn't able to make that work. He then said someone would be there at 10:30am instead, which was fine.
Cut to noon and multiple attempts to help the detail tech find my home and someone finally arrives at the wrong house. Whatever, no harm no foul. They work essentially 9 hours straight to get both cars done and they did a phenomenal job. Super friendly and very apologetic for the delay. I sign the bill which ended up being about $900 after tip and tax. I don't know how much detailing normally is, but this felt a little steep. I didn't think too much of it cause it was at my home, but I can't help feeling like this was pretty expensive, especially given the hassle and inability to keep the appointment time.
Overall I'm happy with the service.

Very disappointed with this company. After months of reviewing car detailing services I selected this one.
Things seemed fine as I spoke to a guy on the phone (Eric) I think. He seemed laid back, funny, and customer service oriented.
I balked at the cost due to services like this in my home state being plentiful therefore reasonable.
However, I went ahead and booked for 9:00 am Friday morning- His suggested appointment time.
I’m at work so I’m running back and forth to ensure I don’t miss the arrival of my detailer.
Unfortunately, by 9:05 there was still no arrival so I call but my call goes to voicemail and shortly after I get a text saying they are running late.
Obviously, I knew that! A second text says they’ll be there within 30 minutes and of course they were not.
I’m still at work and continuing to run back and forth to check.
Finally, at 9:46 Keith arrives and I’m frustrated and angry that the business I selected has such little regard for me as a new customer and more importantly my time.
I cancel the appointment and Keith is profusely apologetic for his lateness and lack of communication on the company’s part.
I thank him and go back inside.
Here’s the weird part now I’m receiving texts and calls like crazy. Why did my cancellation spark your desire to become communicative now? It’s too late, I have no confidence in your integrity at this point.
The guy Eric is going back and forth with me about a 60$ cancellation fee because the techs day has been disrupted. Unfortunately, so has mine. I canceled paying clients to attend to this- which didn’t pan out.
How can I trust you to do a good job with my vehicle when you don’t seem to be able to read a clock, or operate a phone until it suits you, nor do you honor your own policies regarding being ready on time.
They have good reviews and may provide good work but I require transparency and in that they failed. I would not recommend this business.

Great experience, came to my house on Camano Island. Eric is very professional and pleasant. He was running late from his previous job in LaConnor, he kept me updated with his ETA. I would highly recommend Opulance Mobile Detailing.

My experience with this mobile detailer was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After going through the hassle of emptying my car and preparing power and water for the service, they canceled just 6 minutes before the scheduled time. Their complete lack of professionalism and respect for their customers' time is inexcusable. I would strongly discourage anyone from using their services, as they clearly have no regard for the inconvenience they cause.

I have been absolutely thrilled with their work! I had them out to do 3 of my cars at once and it was such a DELIGHT to not have to take the cars anywhere - one car was filthy (our farm, animal/hay hauling Land Cruiser) and another had grown some mold - they treated and cleaned everything to PERFECTION and worked well into the dark - very impressive. I have since been purchasing mobile details for my clients as closing gifts!!

Opulence Mobile Detailing did an incredible job cleaning my car. I found them after doing a quick Google search, and I was very impressed with the professionalism from Eric when I called to get a quote and then get my car on the schedule. Everything was done with precision, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Everyone who stopped by and saw the work they were doing wanted to get their car detailed by them, too. I only wish I had taken before pics bc this truck was not only filthy but had been unused for the better part of 2 years and unknown to me there was now mold on carpet and seat belts! Kevin was awesome! He explained the remediation process and fees and proceeded to make it look like new. Did I mention that the weather was horrible!! But he just went about his business like it was a sunny day! Couldn't be happier! Thanks Kevin and Opulence Detailing
