I love this place! I love the equipment and the overall attitude of the staff! Id give it five stars if they would do some about people who sit on machines looking at Facebook all day though. Other than that it's what a gym is supposed to be! I also loved how during covid they did everything possible to stay open in spite of all the Karen's who did everything to stop it! We got to stay in shape and they still drive in their cars alone wearing masks

I'm not usually one to leave a negative review. In 2019 we were verbally notified by PA Fitness Arlington front desk that the Marysville and Arlington locations would be splitting Into PA Fitness and Hit Fitness. The person at the front desk did mention we would need to make a decision on which gym we would like to attend. We let the front desk know at that time that we were actually moving away and would be attending a new gym there, so we would like to cancel. The front desk thanked us and said no further action was required. This was October 2019. PA Fitness sold our contract and billing information (even though it was cancelled) to Hit Fitness who continued charging us for 13 months of use without our knowledge or consent. The reason we didn't notice for so long is because we thought the payments coming out were from our new gym at our new location, who agreed to charge us the same amount as we were previously charged by PA Fitness.January 2021 we finally realized we were still being charged. We found out Hit Fitness was charging us and we were able to cancel immediately. However, neither PA Fitness nor Hit Fitness were willing to take responsibility for our 13 months of overpayment. We paid $1,200 to a gym we never attended and never held a contract with because PA Fitness didn't comply with customer notification laws required to transfer our contract and billing information to a new entity.I feel disrespected as a customer. My wife and I have spent 2 months trying to get a refund. Customer service was worse than I could have imagined possible in coming to a resolution. Get everything in writing and watch your account carefully.

One of the best gyms I've been to. Great equipment for beginners and more advance gym go-ers. The "Covid Karens" can pack sand because this place rocks!

Great gym. Affordable, clean, tons of equipment, and the staff is cool. Can't beat it

There doesn't seem to be enough room to do anything, staff are either annoying or not present and worst of all - they made a point of staying open during the worst parts of the pandemic and didn't require masks. Highly unrecommended...

By far the best gym in town or anywhere I've been. There is a large assortment of very well maintained equiptment. And ownership that puts his customers needs ahead of a nazi state leader.

It's very obvious that this is a predatory and unethical business. Upon signing up with a 1 year membership, i moved an hour away after a few weeks. 12 months later, I am attempting to call them every single day. No one is answering the phone, and voicemail is full. Due to the fact that they have given me no legal option to communicate my cancellation post contract, I called Capital One and prevented them from charging my card any more, now that the contract is completed. It's also important to note, this was one of the only businesses on the news and fined for failure to close during COVID - a history of unethical and potentially dangerous practices. Sadly, now I am just waiting for the notice from collections, for blocking them from charging my card. My lawyer is standing by to represent me. It's sad, because this is like the coolest gym ever. But now, a bridge has been burnt.

Open when they should be shut due to Covid. Pre- pandemic the owner is a pompous roided out j**** Not clean and employees need training on how to properly wear masks.
