I try to be upset with them because of how long things take but with Bartells and Walgreens their case load is a lot larger so there's some grace to be had. Still my go to preferred pharmacy and grocery store hands down especially the gas station crew”
“I like Bartells. You can ask for your Rx with your name, then they confirm with your birthdate. Makes me feel good. They have gotten every Rx right with no mistakes, unlike the big name pharmacy I came from.Definately thumbs up!”

“I have been going to the Safeway Pharmacy for maybe ten years now. Of all the pharmacies in the area that I have tried this is the best for customer service. I always feel seen when I go there and heard when I have a question. Some who have been there for a while will greet me even when they are not working the counter. Every time I have had a question or concern, I have gotten an answer.... maybe not a solution... like when the app has glitches and I need help with a refill.”

“Our family has been filling prescriptions at Arlington Pharmacy since we moved to the area in 1980. I really appreciate the extra care and attention that the pharmacists take when explaining new prescriptions and any cautions or interactions we should be aware of. We raised 6 children so we filled many medicine prescriptions. Everyone is friendly and helpful and attentive. Can't get that at big box pharmacies.”
