Absolute bottom of the line junk for extra premium prices. It's really starting to show. No one is buying anything but little things. Stuff is sitting for months and months with nothing pulled. Don't you think you might make a better profit if things were priced accordingly? Your clientele isn't rich people. It's poor people trying to get to work. I'm not buying parts for my Lamborghini.

LOOK HOW MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE>>>.....I live 2 hours away from this place, i was in need of a upper control arm for a 93 dakota 4x4. There inventory on line says they have 2 dakotas in the year I need. I asked if they could tell me if the trucks they have still have an upper control arm on them...But you get no help from her, She said I had to make the trip and see for myself , and thats about all the help if you call it that from her... Whats it take to have someone thru out the day check on the truck they have visually to see if they did have it, But Nope they dont do that even if your coming from 300 miles away...and you cant buy on line I found a much better place in Port Orchard who actually sold the same part for the same price and they pulled it for me. They had excellent customer service, unlike these people.Who ever she is taking phone calls should get a job she actually likes, she should apply for Burger king drive thru

I don't understand why people are complaining about the junkyard and how much the person at the counter knows. If you're going to a junkyard you should know everything that you need to know or else you have no business at a junkyard and people complain about the prices you can get parts here for 15 bucks that would cost you $400 in the store. It's a junkyard it is what it is stop being a spoiled little kid that just complains about everything!

This is the last place on my list to go for parts. The mouthy lady has no problem screwing you. For example they have their part list. I needed a heater box assembly. There list shows a complete heater assembly 78.99, one would think that would be the entire assembly. Nope! They are gonna charge you for a heater core, a a/c evaporator( and she will argue with you it's a second heater core...its not,), a a/c dryer, a blower motor resistor, a blower motor, and finally a heater box. This complete heater box assembly now costs almost 200 dollars. You can tell them.... But you can't tell them much.

We drove here from port orchard, and we usually stop at the Tacoma location. This location is very very clean compared and the parking lot is much bigger. The cars are on cement instead of dirt. Which is nice since you can avoid mud, and see anything you drop easier. It was pretty easy to find, and we would be frequent visitors if we lived closer.

Great Customer service and reasonable prices if you have the knowledge to pull your own parts!

The yard was decently organized and safe compared to Lynnwood pick and pull workers where a little rude and prices where alittle steep for the little things but overall good place to pick and pull a part good luck

Prices, seriously? You pay $50 to a couple hundred for a car, then charge ridiculous prices for us to do all the work. While I'm absolutely fine with doing the work, your prices are nowhere near indicative of this or even in the realm of what a used part should cost with practically no reassurance that it will even work, and if it doesn't, for all our hard work, we get a credit that will likely not be usable.

If you don't mind getting greasy and being hands-on then you can pretty much find anything your used car will need!!

Most items are reasonable in price but a lousy plastic cover for a fuse panel was nine dollars and some cents, seemed a bit out of line
