Precision Auto Works is the place to go! Adrian and the staff are knowledgeable, honest, courteous, and polite. Honestly, I cannot recommend Precision Auto Works more! My first experience with Precision Auto Works was on a holiday, and my car had to be towed to their shop. I suspected a more expensive repair was needed, The guys at Precision Auto Works could have let this woman believe that and bent me over the barrel. But, that’s not what they did. They were honest and performed the needed repair for a fair price.
That positive experience should have had me return for my oil changes too but that’s not what I did. I chose the right now-convenience of a national chain whose staff couldn’t be bothered to tell me I had headlight out! When I pretended to just notice that it was out they begrudgingly acknowledged it was. Not knowing the female customer before him was the one who last replaced the headlight bulb, that national chain-staff member then pretended to try and replace the bulb. It was too “difficult” a repair and the national oil change staff member declined the repair. Yeah they do oil changes, but previously had no problem replacing my “broken” license plate light. Anyway, I went to the auto parts store, purchased the bulb and discovered during my travels, I had misplaced the socket needed to replace the bulb. I called Precision Auto Works. They were able to fit me in the same day, agreed to use the bulb I had just purchased and replaced it for me lickety split. And, Precision Auto Works did the job with no dishonorable service charges or dishonorable professional conduct simply because the customer before them was a woman. They don’t know it yet but Precision Auto Works will now be getting the $ for my future oil changes too!

Went here for a check engine light, they got it done quick, found out it was just a mistake made by who I went to for an oil change(Firestone). Didn't try to upsell me and were polite and respectful. I'll be going here for car issues from now on.

Very patient and knowledgeable staff and crew, everybody there was very friendly and helpful. Very nice shop and entryway shows their pride in their business and that reflects right straight into their work. Hopefully I don't need to but if I ever do I will definitely go back to them no question

Whenever anyone asks me if I know a mechanic, I send them to Precision Auto Works. There are plenty of skilled mechanics available, but there aren't many you can trust. Adrian and his crew will take care of your vehicle with a real sense of urgency and professionalism, and will give you a range of options.
They've recommended the cheaper course of action with me TWICE, and their service has kept my Toyota and Hyundai both running like new. It really boils down to the fact that I trust them, so they've earned a lifelong customer.

I am posting this a little late but I wanted to say how very helpful Adrian and Courtney were while I was having a nightmare of a time with my car was a a won't say name of dealership but I will say I had it towed from the dealership and Courtney had my car up and running in less than a day! Saved me a whole ton of money and time. I will never take my vehicle ANYWHERE else and I will refer any one and everyone who has a vehicle issue to come to this amazing shop. You guys Rock my Lil Trax runs perfect! Thank you all so much.

Service team was able to get me in the next day troubleshoot the problem within a few hours car was fixed quickly. Currently they have a policy where if you pay cash you can get a discount on your repair or service. Highly recommended!

Awesome service overall and staff, highly recommend this shop for anything mechanical or anything needing repaired with your car. I had my AC system recharged and it was just a little over an a hour and they had me on my way and out the door. You won't be disappointed, friendly staff and just awesome service. One thing I will point out is having a same day appointment, which they scheduled me in for an a/c recharge I needed for my 2014 Ford Taurus. It should be noted this was my first time using this shop Precision auto works and quite impressive and was referred by another repair shop for the service I needed on my car.

Honest to God I would trust these guys with my dog, my spouse, and my kids if I had any.
Once they stayed till almost an hour after closing helping get my brakes fixed. They didn't necessarily have time but they made time because it didn't feel safe to drive
Another? Jiffy lube said my spark plugs were shot, precision said they were full of it.
Today I brought it in thinking my locking actuator might me broken, turns out it was just my key fob....
Thank goodness for these folks. You can't often find an honest mechanic who just cares about his people and his customers. However Precision Auto Works is the epitome of good customer service and consistent car care

This shop is great. They took care of our vehicles while we lived in the area for work. Levi got us in anytime we needed and made sure our vehicles were ready to travel back east. They’re definitely straight shooters with upper management written all over them. Highly recommend taking your vehicle here.
