This is hands down the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used!! I stopped going there for myself for prescriptions. Because they are just rude, incredibly slow, very judgmental and they do not communicate. Then last night the doctor at the ER sent over medication for my son. I went there today at noon The prescription still wasn't ready. Then the lady tells me they'll call me around 2. I never received a phone call, not to. I told her four times I was paying cash so I called them back at 4 pm Prescription was still not ready. It's going to take another 35-40 minutes again I had to tell them I was paying cash! The first lady I spoke to was very short and snippy. I'm not a complainer. I usually do. Reviews when I'm pleased instead of when I'm angry. We're frustrated, but I am over this place!

My mother worked here for an upcoming 35 years. And now shes fired. She what reason? No idea. its for some stupid! good store although but its going way down hill and is being ridiculous!. Just clearing things up. No offence to people working here or the company in general. its just angers me how ridiculous rite aid can be sometimes.

I needed meds for my sons pneumonia late at night and they processed it very quickly for Mr and got me on my way. So appreciative of them.

I’ve been going here since 2020, everyone is so helpful to me. Drive thru ladies are wonderful to me. I’ve never had issues. I appreciate their kind services?.

I’ve been to a lot of Rite Aids in my lifetime and this has to be the worst one by far. It looks like it’s just been looted. They don’t have anything in stock

They have a drive thru which is great but they do not do a great job managing patient prescriptions. They were supposed to contact a doctor for a refill but that never happened. And I've had to transfer some prescriptions due to RiteAid's inability to get medications in stock from their suppliers. If it wasn't for the convenience of their drive-thru I'd use another pharmacy entirely.

I ended up going here because the med I was prescribed with’s not available at the pharmacy I usually go to. Unfriendly staff! Very unreliable pharmacist, he’s an older asian guy. Did not provide a well detailed information and teaching regarding the medication I was prescribed with when I asked, like he should. Do not go to this pharmacy, people.

Pharmacy is always has outstanding service, wether it be drive-thru or in store. This last time, the door security sensor went off and I was able to hear the exchance between the associate and the customer and it was actually pretty friendly. I was not able to see the exchange between them, but it was solved without yelling or making it uncomfortable for others.

The older Asian gal don’t know her name. She works behind. The counter in the pharmacy is super rude on the phone and hangs up on you when you have questions.

Incorrect medication dispensed! Go ANYWHERE else!
Today we brought in an Rx for antibiotics for my toddler. Wait was an hour in the store and the drive thru was full. No instructions or syringe was given for the meds, but we have done it before so we were not worried. When we got home, we realized they had not reconstituted the meds. They gave us a bottle of the powder that they are supposed to mix! Thank goodness we know about the meds and knew something was wrong! We tried to call the pharmacy but no one ever answered.
We finally went back to the pharmacy and were barely given an apology. I get that they are busy, but it is unacceptable to make a mistake like this! If you cannot trust your pharmacy to follow the most basic of instructions, then what else is coming out of that pharmacy incorrect?! We asked for a manager info so we could talk to someone and they said they did not have "anything like that" and refused to offer help or anyway for us to report what happened so that it can be prevented in the future. They need more help, better training and to staff their pharmacy better so that they can actually do their job correctly. In the meantime, we are going elsewhere.

Provider sent my prescription to this location in error, and now I've tried calling a dozen times to check the status since it shows nothing is ready for pickup on their app. The phone just rings about two dozen times, then hangs up on me. Tried to contact the Corporate office, but was told it's the only number that store has and I was just out of luck.
This is just one of the many reasons I don't get my prescriptions through them any longer. Wish the provider's office had sent it to the correct pharmacy.

Cashiers always friendly and greet everyone as they come. The pharmacy is very busy but friendly and apologize when this are backed up.

The pharmacy at Rote Aid Smokey Point is by far the most dysfunctional pharmacy ever. They can't keep track of Rx refused for Dr's update and when the doctor gives the update, the pharmacies internal controls do not elevate said prescription to be filled requiring repeated calls and encouragement to read their computer inputs, doctors updates and fill the Rx. Bur not here, this outfit is so backasswards as to be laughable, it it was happening to somebody else but sucks royally when it affects you. Take your RX anywhere else, or be extremely disappointed.

This should be your last resort! It's not a well staffed store. Some staff is amazing then next time it is horrible. One time I tried to ask a pharmacy person for help with some over-the-counter medicine and they seemed so unwilling to help.

After being referred to Rite Aid by Costcobecause they could not fill my prescription. I waited 45 minutes and the pharmacists said they could not get thru to Costco on the phone I told them I could call them and get thru right away to the pharmacist in which I did! Costco said they had not received any calls regarding a prescription transfer from Rite aid and I could not believe why they were straight up lying to me and telling me they tried several times?? At which point they said it was an over the counter medicine and they brought it out to me to purchase at the front counter! I refused and walked out!! If I needed heart medicine I'd be dead right now BEWARE DON'T USE RITE AID THEY ARE RUDE AND HOBITUAL LIARS!
