There always seems to be an issue or an excuse for why the prescription is never ready. I’m not the only customer who thinks the quality of this pharmacy has gone downhill. I’ve also asked multiple times for my address to be updated. And no one wants to take the time to do so. I haven’t lived at my old address in 3 years. I will be switching pharmacies, after todays long line sounds like other customers will be doing the same.

Very nice and friendly staff. I love the place and regret filling my gas in north Seattle instead of here. Clean place and near displace with nothing out of stock, I love this. Always love Safeway.

Chronically out of stock on items Walmart and Fred Meyers seem to have no problem obtaining. Grocery pick-up is particularly unacceptable and completely unreliable. The last time I ordered, they forgot to load up 2 bags. They didn't offer to deliver them, just unapologetically said I could either come back and pick them up or they would issue a refund. I was so busy and overwhelmed that day. It was the last thing I had time for but needed some of the forgotten items to make my family dinner, and it was already late. Today they were out of 12 ITEMS that they had listed as available 2 hours before I picked them up. When they brought my bags and loaded them in my car, they didn't mention any items being missing; let alone 12. Again a very busy and overwhelming day and again I needed several of the missing items to make dinner. It's 7pm, I just got home. Everyone is starving. You cannot depend on this store like, at all, most especially for pickup and delivery. If you need this service, try Walmart. Safeway needs to do a work study on Walmart and learn how it's done. Because damn. For a grocery chain that's been in business for so long to be this bad is inexcusable.

5 on on a Thursday. 1 checker and her line was back to the meat department! they added two more self checks and nobody was monitoring them. that line was wrapped almost to the deli. I feel bad for the few employees they had there. no managers visible. and the store was bare! they've been out of everything for weeks. whoever writes their schedules has no clue how to staff a grocery store. it's been like this for months. I miss the old manager. he kept the band of homeless junkies away and the store ran properly.

The last several weeks it is highly likely that when you walk in there are no carts available. I've seen customers turn around and leave because of it. I've gone out and gotten my own each time I've shopped there. The cashiers keep saying we're short on people. Why aren't the managers even paying attention??? The stock seems picked over and it doesn't look like it's restocked at night. I'm seriously disappointed with this Safeway as I've been going here for years but since management has taken over it is awful.

The older woman working in the deli is dancing around singing while she's not wearing her mask. I wish ppl would take the virus more serious bc clearly the deli worker doesn't

Best place I have ever shopped at. They have the variety I need and the customer service is amazing. Thank you to all you workers that have worked so hard through the covid pandemic!

So i went in to the deli to get lunch meat the two ladies behind the counter said they can't serve me because I don't have a mask on. Well I have severe medical problems so I can't wear one. They said they don't care. When I asked for the manager they refused. Never in my life have I ever been treated like this. I will not be going to the Safeway deli again

Sign says 'Open 24 Hours' but this is not true. Some nights, they randomly close at 9PM. Other nights. It's 10Pm. Still other nights. 11PM, 12AM or 1AM. It's very frustrating if you are a swing shift worker who likes to stop by the store on the way home from work. I tried to get clarification on the hours from the employees and even they admit that they don't know. Would give this place zero stars if I could. Totally incompetent management.UPDATE: 7/19/20Now they have removed store hours sign from the doors. According to Google, they now close at 1PM, but doors are closed and locked by at 11:45PM so go figure? Manager needs to lose his / her job. Hire someone who is competent enough to use Google and list the right hours. Stop misleading your customers and wasting their time. HAGGEN IS A MUCH BETTER STORE, I'll take my business the from now on.

I have always liked Safeway but during these times with the virus Safeway is not enforcing the mask properly. I've seen employee with no mask and a lot of people walking in with no mask other stores are doing a way better job. So at this time I can't recommend going there at all. I and my family will not be going there maybe after the Coronavirus is over. They just don't care enough.

The people who work here are super nice, I talked with Theresa and she was so nice and helped me with all my question. Also it was way cheaper to go here than rite aid where I usually go. They were so accommodating and understanding I will be using this pharmacy for now on!!

I don't often review unless places are exceptional. And this Safeway is exceptionally crap. They have 7-8 cashier lanes and at most they have 3 cashiers working, even on the busiest days. I'm local, it's my only option and it blows. The management will let the lines get 15-20 people deep with a 15 min wait instead of getting more cashiers up front. Also, when it's busy there is no sense of urgency from anyone. You can be polite and chat but work quick. No one wants to come to the grocery store and wait around for 15 min or more to leave. The quality of their produce is mediocre at best.

I have gotten my prescriptions at this Safeway for many years but not anymore. Came in three days in a row to get a prescription refill, which I had called in so it would be ready. And had remaining refills on this prescription. Should be a simple transaction. But no.after my third day in a row and waiting for 20 minutes as they were Supposedly rushing to fill this - I was told they were out of this medicine and I would have to wait two more days. Not going to happen.
