It's a great crew, I really like John and Trevor. I try to be upset with them because of how long things take but with Bartells and Walgreens their case load is a lot larger so there's some grace to be had. Still my go to preferred pharmacy and grocery store hands down especially the gas station crew

This place had all my prescription 3 days before surgery. After surgery went to pick them up they never filled them my wife had to wait in 2 long lines, then to find out when she went back to fill them up they didn't have the main 2 I needed. This pharmacy went way way down hill. And they even told us they don't let you know that they don't have them.

Best pharmacy I've ever had; bar none!
They answer all my questions, take all calls and are just a pleasure to work with.
They have helped me figure out the best cost for my medications as well.
This pharmacy is one reason I feel lucky to have moved to Arlington.

I have been using Safeway pharmacy for many years. In all those years, I’ve encountered one unfavorable experience and it was made right. I love the staff who keep that small town feel by remembering things like sports your kids play or how they would ask my family members how I was doing through my illness when I wasn’t able to come in myself for my prescriptions. My medications are filled in a timely manner and if they don’t have my medication for whatever reason, they make sure to let me know which is appreciated.

The staff in this pharmacy are always very nice. We've only been going here a few months, but every time we come in, whether for a prescription pick up or for a vaccination, staff are pleasant, helpful, and cooperative. Thank you!

8/10/25. I guess the 10:00 a.m. opening time for the pharmacy is just merely a suggestion to the people that work there.
Upon arrival I found a junior Tech on time waiting to get in through locked doors.
Shortly AFTER 10:00 a.m. a pharmacist finally showed up to unlock.
Another 5 minutes go by before half the roll-ups open for business.
At 10:05 another pharmacist arrives. I stood at the drop off window for approximately 10 minutes waiting for it to open and it never did. I had to go to the pickup window to drop off my order.
I asked if the drop off window was going to open or not and I was told it would told it would be another 5 to 10 minutes.
By this time coming close to 10:30. A full 30 minutes after opening time.
There is no excuse or justification for this. This is blatant I don't care attitude.
Why should I come back?

Instead of telling my provider that they couldn’t fill my post-op prescription they tried to prescribe me a different medication. I’m sure it’s because making money off of me is more important to them than getting me the actual medication that was prescribed by my care team. When I attempted to get it filled at another pharmacy I could not because they reported that they had filled it. Between the greediness of Safeway and the incompetence of the pharmacy staff I will never have a prescription filled at Safeway again.

I love this place. Jon and Anna are amazing and extremely helpful.
Jon and Anna both know me well and know my birthday by heart.
They deserve a raise in my opinion. We talk like friends. Joke about things and whatnot.
I've even brought in some fresh caught trout for them to show my appreciation.
They are the best! They do whatever they can do to take care of the customer.
Their are always going to be disgruntled customers/people that will never be happy, so these negative reviews are a joke...
Definitely recommend this pharmacy👍👍

James and Anna are two of the best pharmacist I've ever met in my life. Super kind and compassionate and they make each client feel so special. The rest of the team is so wonderful as well. It took me a long time to find a pharmacy that really seems to care about my needs.

I have to give a shout out to Johnathon in the bakery! I went in this morning to buy donuts for work, but by the time I got there, there wasn’t much left. I started to leave when Johnathon asked if he could help me. I explained that I was looking for donuts but it was ok because I know they go fast on Fridays. He said he happened to have some behind the counter and if I passed him my box he would be happy to get me whatever kinds I would like. I was so thankful! He was so friendly and helpful, and totally made my day. Thank you!!
