A great place that does great things for injured or orphaned wild animals. They tirelessly keep improving their facilities.

Recently, we accidentally destroyed a nest of rabbits while rototilling a flower bed. Survey provided great advice on how to sustain the surviving kits until we were able to bring them out to the center. Great facility and staff!

Great experience with Sarvey! I called after hours about a duckling and got a call back even though they were closed. They gave me easy info on how to care for little Trevor (the duckling) overnight and it was an easy drop off process the next day. Their center looked well cared for with great volunteers. I've heard good things for years about their care of injured animals and I was really impressed with them all around.

Amazing place! A mama racoon was killed and she left 2 very young babies in a nest. We called Sarvey and brought the baby raccoons up the following day. They deserve lots of donations for all the work they do and will gladly take any orphaned wildlife!

Found an owl and they took it in right away and were very kind. They said they would update me about it. Definitely come here if you find a bird!

I always take any injured wild animals I find to sarvey and they always do their best to help Them And release them if possible, or humanely euthanize if they have to. The only thing I don't love is that they didn't return my email asking about the injured bunny I brought in awhile back, but they are probably super busy so I get it. Anyways, it's definitely the best place to bring injured wild animals. They are extremely helpful!!Update: I think maybe the email thing was just a miscommunication. I forwarded the email back to them recently and checked my junk box but I definitely didn't receive anything. but I was pretty surprised this morning to get a call from Sarvey asking about the email problem. And yelp was the only place I posted it. So obviously customer service is good also. I'm sure I will figure out what happened to the bunny soonish! Honestly they're probably super busy so I was kind of surprised that they even acknowledged it. Even though I didn't think it was too big of a deal. they are super on top of it!

It was an emergency situation I had a wild animal with a broken legacy and the bone sticking out. They have staff to answer the phones but not to accept emergency situations for after hours, so what good is it to have a wildlife Center if you only except animals during business visitation hours you’re not a zoo you’re an animal care rescue wildlife facility you should have proper staff to accept animals in need 24/7 !!!

Our property attracts loads of birds, squirrels, and rabbits, and having a high-quality rescue + rehab organization just miles (or a call) away has been a godsend. We've had a few interactions with them and took one little pine siskin to them in terrible condition from a disease that swept though that year, and in every one of those interactions, we've found their staff professional, thoughtful, and responsive. We're grateful for them and support them financially because they do great work. Please keep in mind when reading reviews that finding an animal sick or injured is an emotional experience and, more often than not, an emotional experience being had by people who haven't the expertise to judge whether the animals they mention could have been saved. I will say that when I took the bird in, I was told up front that they'd do everything they could but that due to the illness and the little one's condition, it may not make it. The person who assisted me told me they're happy to follow up in a couple of days to let me know how things went, and sure enough, they did just that. It was our first experience tending to dying wildlife and it wrecked me for a minute, but I understood; wild animals are injured (very often by human actions) every day. They die -- every day. We can do what we can do and the experts can do what *they* can do. And although Sarvey's staff and volunteers care about people (I've experienced that first hand), their *commitment* is to the compassionate treatment and well-being of the wild creatures in their care -- end stop. Few of us will ever invest the time and resources necessary to qualify us to say an animal we took to a rescue and rehab facility could have survived and that keeping them alive would have been the compassionate -- the only, in fact -- thing to do. So, rather than criticize those doing this difficult work and leaving scathing reviews due to a singular experience that didn't go the way we think it should have (read: the organization's staff didn't stop *our* suffering), let alone doing so because someone there wasn't nice enough to us or appropriately appreciative of our generosity (this is a skilled wildlife ER and rehabilitation center, not the Olive Garden -- review accordingly), our energy would be best spent finding acceptance for the limitations of our knowledge, getting as informed as we can about the organization and the work they're doing (easy to do in this case -- Sarvey is all about educating people!), and praising their great love for and commitment to wildlife in a world that barely takes time to *notice* wildlife. If you have a big place in your heart for wildlife, follow Sarvey on social or sign up for their newsletter. Find their website at sarveywildlife.org and check out their educational materials. Visit them. Develop an informed opinion about the quality of their work and (*please*) learn -- in advance -- what to do when you encounter a sick or injured animal so you can be prepared and give them the best chance of survival (and avoid adding to their suffering). And when you've done all you can, trust those who know better than you what needs to happen next -- and that they know, too, when it's time to say goodbye. Finally, I strongly recommend looking up Sarvey's Google reviews, where they're pulling a well-deserved 4.5 stars with 54 reviews. To those who made it this far, I bet I'd like you.

Kind people who are willing to help. It should be known to anyone looking for the information.... PAWS is unable to accept rock pigeons (ordinary pigeons). If you have an orphaned rock pigeon Sarvey Wildlife Care Center is the place to go but make sure to call and confirm first. And remember the best thing to do is leave the animal in place and call first before interfering. Thank you for your generosity SWCC!

We found an injured bat in the yard today. Dept of Fish & Wildlife said take it to Sarvey. Woman who helped us was very nice, and informative: Did you know that bats cannot take off flying from the ground? They have to climb up the tree and jump so they can fly. I never knew that. I do know that bats eat a ton of mosquitoes, and it's less than a 1 in 10,000 chance it has rabies, so they're okay with me. Hope the little one we brought them is going to be okay, and out catching mosquitoes soon! While we were there, we got to see Aura the turkey vulture - actually a good looking bird. Freedom the bald eagle stayed in her room, but she did 'sing' for us.

One of the most awesome places I've been and open on weekends to save so many injured animals and wildlife! Staff was cordial with quick response to save the crow hit by a car outside my home this morning. Happy Valentine's day to me!
