I brought in a web listing for a used '23 2500 in Houston and Rairdon's crew put me in a brand new on for a reasonable price barely more than the used one. Great, low key sales approach, and it only took a couple hours instead of half a day I'm used to at other dealers. Definitely worth checking them out while shopping for a vehicle.

This is the only Dodge dealership which has nothing to hide from their customers. We came from 2 hours away to meet the sales staff, Patrick. They honored the advertised price without any strings attached. We bought a Laramie with Level B package. There was a bit wait for the finance department. But it was worth the wait.The sales manager, Brandon was kind to provide information of accessories when I inquired. Very good team to work with.It has been a positive experience.

This places has worst customer service and think because I'm a woman they can talk to me however they want and act like I don't understand.I was told I would be given an extra 1000 off my vehicle I customized and ordered brand new because the salesman Justin forgot to add a feature I wanted and I basically had to put in a new order. I put this order back in March when there was a promotion of the 2.9% apr. My final car was set to arrive and I was invited to come in and sign for it early to take advantage of the rebates they had and I had basically already accepted that this interest rate offer was no longer going to be offered but now the vehicle price went up from March due to inflation on the parts to make it. I didn't agree to the terms. But I still wanted to come in and see it to maybe see if it would change my mind on the purchase after seeing it, again it was customized to what I wanted so if I see it in person I just might just make it work.I emailed and said I noticed my car on JD power what does that mean can I see it in person. Justin said noo the car sold you only had 3 days to take the vehicle. I said well that's dumb how is it going to sell if it never made it to the lot I came in prior to it arrivingA month later I see the car on their websiteThey are offering a jeep discount and some rebates. I requested the manager to call me and he acted like a complete asshole and said I don't understand what he can offer is way more than my 1000 discount and I said nooo I was given 1000 off on top of these incentives last time so I want that and more for the inconvenience your team caused and the straight lies and delays!!!He again told me no I don't think you understand my 1000 is nothing compared. Once I told him he doesn't understand what I'm saying and if he would just listen he would see what I meant he didn't let me speak and just wanted to say whatever he wanted and dismissed me.

Saying our experience was the worst it's an understatement. I contacted the dealership Sunday afternoon, looking for a specific vehicle. I was offered one that met expectations. They confirmed it was in stock and emailed me videos of the vehicle, which was was available. We arranged a meeting on Monday morning. Prior to arriving to the meeting, I emailed Brandon R. ( sales manager) to let him know I was on my way so they would have the vehicle ready upon my arrival. Brandon replied to email confirming my appointment. I commuted an hour to the dealership and upon my arrival , I was greeted by Brandon and he introduced me to a salesman that was going to show me the vehicle, but this vehicle was nowhere to be found. I was later informed that the vehicle had been sold yesterday. I completely feel that I was lured by unethical business practices and zero transparency! I expressed my frustration, anger , and dissatisfaction. As a business owner my time and my costumers time are valuable. This is something this place should teach their employees. Damascus was great. I know I put him through the ringer with questions and concerns and it's never fun to work on a car for someone who works on cars but even through all that he was helpful and the service manager who I spoke with was amazing. This team knows their stuff and really is a great resource even if your just looking for a diagnosis when your stumped. Give them a call and they will work with you no matter what obstacles there are to overcome.Not to mention a diagnosis was the same price or better than at least 7 mechanics in the area so if you do the work yourself and are looking to know the issue I can vouch for their ability to also save you money.

Jason has the best customer service I’ve ever seen at a dealership. Mostly I’ve experienced guys pushing to get sales, and or not wanting to take the extra time to go through the motions and make sure the customer gets what they want. He is Very attentive, diligent and knowledgeable. Takes his time to go through multiple vehicles if needed and stays on the task till the customer is satisfied with their purchase. 100% recommend for others to seek out and work with him.

I am very unhappy with all of the details of a basic service for my new Jeep.First, I got e-mails to call and arrange for a Service Call. I did that and got an appointment. What was weird, was that I was never asked for my name, my vehicle info nor my phone number. When I asked about that, the Service Manager (I assume) said that he got it from my cell phone information. Okay, a short time later I got an e-mail conformation.When the date came, I had to cancel due to my wife having the vehicle out of town. I called Service from the same phone number. Whoever, said they could not find my name or phone number. Further, they could not find my appointment for that day. I hung up.A couple of days later I went into the dealership to make an appointment. "Oh, you don't have to do that, just drive at the time you want."The next day I went in unannounced. I had to spend several minutes standing while other two Service people were helping others. Both of those agents were so tied to their computers, everything was amazingly slow. I finally was approached by a third agent and I tried to explain my circumstances.What bothered me, was that this agent was also so tied to his technology and there was nothing worthwhile for me the customer. He finally asked for my licence and key then went out to get the vehicle info. Fine, but again he was tied to his technology getting formation and taking pictures. Other than maybe getting the VIN none of the rest of what he was doing had anything to do with getting a basic oil change. Eventually he directed me to the waiting room without ever saying my name.If this were a restaurant, I would have refused to leave even a minimum tip. Technology does not come before customer value.

I was having two recalls performed and they rescheduled my appointment in order to allow enough time for the parts to arrive for both. I had refused on multiple occasions to bring my vehicle in for the simple fix that was going to take 30 minutes until they received the parts for the more involved fix that takes a couple hours.I have a busy life and bringing my vehicle in for two appointments and waiting around is not a good use of my time.I arrive to my appointment 10 minutes early to have time to get me checked in. I brought everything with me to wait around for the 4 hour appointment to make the best use of my time. They check out the vehicle and said everything looks good and I get my multiple laptops setup in their waiting area.30 minutes go by and they return and tell me my vehicle is ready. I look at the employee in disbelief and ask how it can all be done when it is supposed to take 4 hours. They proceed to tell me the parts for the major fix never arrived but they did complete the simple one.For me this is completely unprofessional! They couldn't be bothered to call to tell me they don't have the parts available for the two recalls the vehicle was scheduled for and give me the option to reschedule or not until they arrive? Additionally, when I made the original appointment they told me the factory would not send them the parts until I scheduled the vehicle for service and that is why they pushed it out in the first place.This felt like a complete bait and switch!

When bringing my vehicle in for repairs I'm always created cheerfully.My service writer is excellent and the service has always been very well.I highly recommend using the dealership for all services including oil changes as there are no more expensive than any one else.And they know your vehicle.Sheryl

Run FAR away from this UNTRUSTWORTHY dealer!!! I bought a 2015 MINI through internet sales. I was assured that the car had been inspected and that all was good. The salesperson Jason M even delived the car. THIS CAR'S STERO SYSTEM IS TOTALLY WRECKED!!! After getting an estimate from MINI for over $2K and another estimate from an independent audio store here in Tacoma. Rairdon has told me that there is NOTHING that they can do...unless I want to purchase one of their BS extended warranty packages for over $3K-NO THANK YOU!!This is the opposite of "care" which they promote on their site and they practiced deception. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Very nice sales guys. Easy trsnsaction.Only complaint was knowledge of warranty info for a kai.They were not sure of mfg warranty left and were told wrong info. Then, when signing paperwork we were offered an extended warranty that was more $$ than one offered during negotiations.

Picked up my jeep there. Jason my salesman was great. Sent me lots of pictures and videos as I lived an hour away. He made the process easy and friendly.

Staff were professional and friendly. Negotiations can always be the toughest part of car buying but sales staff were fair. Finance staff was also fantastic and helped find best rate in a timely manner. Thus far, the service department has been great to deal with as well.
