They are quick and helpful and the line is never overwhelming even if it is long at times, they process everyone through quickly

All the employees there are extremely kind, bending over backwards to help me and going beyond the call of duty when there is a problem. Orion was especially helpful today--besides being very cheerful.

While both employees greeted me upon arrival I was helped by Jana who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will continue to return here whenever I need something from UPS.
