I like my home branch of US Bank but the service in this branch is awful. I waited and waited and waited while the employees were literally sitting around doing nothing.

Dont go here. I just tried to deposit money into my husband's account and because it was over $500 they would not let me. Even tho I had the account number and have been doing this for years at other locations in Everett and Mukilteo. The young girls managing this place do not know what they are talking about. So frustrating

Don't ever go to the us bank in smokey point wa , Hilary the loan manager , pardon my wording , but she is an idiot ! She got our loan docs wrong 3 times , didn't get an appraisal on time , didn't even order it. The communication skills our worse yet even Brian her boss didn't respond to us , stay clear from this branch.

I opened a new account with them a couple of months ago. They are horrible! They have so far, put a rent check into the wrong account ( my landlord banks with them) they gave me the wrong information and went around in circles, making me wait 30 minutes to deposit my rent again!! Then they I had a paycheck to deposit, and they gave me a receipt with total balance, then sent me a letter a week later telling me they put it there for 84 dollars less then what it was written out for, saying it wasn't written out wrong! Which may I add, all the checks to all the employees written out same way, including me, have never had a problem with any other bank! Then when I took it up with them, they admitted to a mistake and told me sorry and refused to fix it! Three times in three months! Very bad costumer service, horrible! I am a very easy going person, I treat you right, you treat me right, people make mistakes, we are human. But to make huge mistakes, not one, not twice but 3 times, and then not fix the last one, and expect us to! Come on!! Do not bank with them or put your trust in this bank, you'll only be disappointed! I have never had a worse bank... And I agree with comments on here, they are SLOW!

I've been banking with US Bank for 20 yrs and I have no complaints. They always take care of my needs and everyone who works there are great! Always friendly.
