I applied for a loan with other banks but was turned down so I applied at US Bank for a loan and was approved. The process was very easy and the banker, her name is Rose made it a good experience.

If there is 0 zero star, I will definitely put it there; for so many reasons1- bad customers service2- I have appointments no text messages to remind me at my appointment as well as I came before my appointment and the keep me waiting for more than 30 minutes and no one helped meI think they need more training to Better assist the customer with their need, regardless their age, race, religion, colour, gender, disability?But I went to other US bank branch at 3721 116th st NE Marysville, WA 98270they are ? % different? they helped me with my need without even any appointment ?They have great customer service from the branch manager as well as the all employees at this branch, I would like to thank them all? specially Michael and John for their support.?Likewise the other US bank branch at state Avenue at Marysville, WA 98270, they have amazing employees from Sarah the branch manager to all employees at that branch.

The bank we've been with for 40 years was bought by U.S.Bank. Our debit cards were supposed to work until the new ones are sent in the middle of July. There's been a glitch with my account . I'm probably changing to Chase Bank. I have several friends that are happy there.

Unethical.Seriously read the fine print multiple times before signing any contract with them and keep copies. They won't tell you about all the hidden fees. Never banking with them again. Worst banking experience ever.

I like my home branch of US Bank but the service in this branch is awful. I waited and waited and waited while the employees were literally sitting around doing nothing.

Went in to withdraw money for the purchase of a car private party, our old vehicle was stolen and they would not give me MY money. They said they didn't have $5000 at the location, aren't they a bank... shouldn't they have money? Then asked if it was a dealership not that it was their business who I'm buying from, I have the money I should be able to spend it. I left crying and I'm considering changing banks now. My husband went in and they gave him the $5000 no questions. I have always had great experiences and don't know if it was just the smokey point location or the bank teller helping me but I'm never coming back to this location.

I’m highly recommend do not open a account in US Bank I have very simple thing to do that signer verification from us bank but there is one stupid manager is Jordan Bergman sad he can’t do that which is very simple to do I have a business account there since 2016 now I am closing this account because of Jordan Bergman he shouldn’t be here he needs more training

My sister just moved here from out of state and opened a bank account. They just flagged her new account as fraud and won't let her get any of her money out. Bank stated her new address doesn't match her ID....well duhh she just moved here. What a joke.

I have simple banking needs. They made a mistake and I had to pay for it. The bank manager Ashley said she would call me back and never did. I have been kind working with them for a month and it is still not resolved. I have tried several times to go in the bank and work it out but they are just rude to me. I have never written a bad review but they have treated me so poorly and have not followed through with anything they say they are going to do. It has been such a disappointment to deal with this bank.
