So I had two packages showed they were delivered and left in parcel lock box. I went to check my mail box and found no key but had my mail in there. Went to post office next day and they call the person that dropped them off and they said they forgot to put key in my mailbox. So they told me I will have a key in there the next day to get my packages. So following day I get a call from post office, the lady that apprerantly dropped my packages off now magically remembers her putting a key on my mailbox so I could get my packages. So now they are claiming someone broke into my mailbox and took the key out and not my mail then shut my mailbox door and opened up the lock box and took packages then closed lock box back up. I don’t really know what’s going on but that don’t add up. I also went to all my neighbors and asked them if people where opening there mail boxes and taking packages and not mail they said NO. So now that they are claiming this they want me to call the theft number I call them and they told me to call my local usps I told her they told me to call you. So now I’m just getting the run around and nobody going to switch my mailbox locks or nothing so pretty much there word and they going to do nothing. pretty pathetic this is how it’s all handled and now if there saying somone breaking into my mailboxes and lock boxes they will continue to do it because smokey points usps will do nothing to fix the issue they are claiming. watch out Arlington,smokey point this don’t add up at all.

Folksy and local (Smokey Point), this modest outpost handled my international shipment without blinking an eye. And, they have wildflowers in the planting area in front of the drive through Dropbox. Well done!

If you plan to get a PO Box, just know you're not allowed to access it after 6pm during the week nor on the weekends. The old man here is a POS, lies directly to your face. Claims he told me about it when I signed up. Sorry bub, I signed up online and nowhere was it stated that I would be denied access to my mail during the only hours I am available to get to it.

I never received my package.. it was supposedly left in the garage??? and that's a lie, I have cameras watching you... you never left my package at my home, you delivered it to another address... anyway, they never lose, they always win!!! 0 Stars for you.

The older man working is a Di**. He wouldn't listen to me when I told him my package confirmation had a hold at post office out of their building and instead sent me somewhere else. We sent the next hour and a half calling and driving to other post offices just to go back to the original spot where THEY HAD MY PACKAGE!! Why is he so lazy and why does he refuse to look when both email and tracking say its at his office??

Really difficult experience trying to get my PO Box set up. Their online website glitched out and then when I tried to get assistance at the post office, they had no idea what they were doing and I had to figure it all out myself. Once I figured it out I was told that their lobby hours were open late and accessible, even when their business was closed, I have found out this is incorrect. Every single time I’ve tried checking my mail after business hours the lobby has been closed and so with that being said even their website is lying. It’s unfortunate having a job where your hours are the same hours as the post office box where your mail is being held. As soon as my year of service that I paid for is up, I am gladly switching to another service provider that can guarantee access when I need my mail instead of letting it stack up and overflow my mailbox without applicable access.

The man that served me at the counter was very rude, I had a medical monitor to send back to my doctor.He took the package from me and throw it away .Now I'm not even sure if my package will be delivered.There was no encounter, I was the first customer so it's not like someone pissed him off.

I send packages to military bases. usually i just fill out the customs slip and attach to any box to get the 2$ off, sometimes they tell me to use their flat rate box (never consistent, everyone seems to have their own rules, but their flat rate box is not required). Today they made me change the box to theirs and then they still refused to give me the military discount of 2 dollars so now i'm paying EXTRA fee for their damn box to send light weight items! The extra time, extra money and inconsistency is really ridiculous. So much for a DISCOUNT. They charged me extra.

Quick and easy service, I've never had a quicker trip. Theresa was helpful and extremely fast. I'm used to the Bellingham Post Office and you can wait in line there for over an hour with only six people in front of you. I didn't expect much better here and was disappointed when I walked in and there was about 5 people in front of me, however it took less than 10 minutes to get through and out the door. Thank you Theresa!
