“Good, clean rooms like you'd expect from a Best Western. Nice pool and hot tub, although we didn't have time to use them this trip. Great breakfast options: in addition to the standard fare, this BWP has an omelette bar. As busy as the breakfast area was, the employee making omelettes did a great job keeping up! She earned a well-deserved tip from our group. The location is good and safe with lots of parking and a decent truck lot for over-the-road drivers or large trailers/rv's. I wasn't very happy, however, that our second night (a Saturday) was a full $100 more than our first night (a Friday).”
“very nice accommodations, but the customer service of the staff is what makes this hotel above and beyond! They sent someone to pick me up and take me to the airport just in time to catch my flight when I had a problem at the rental car return. 11/10 service -- have always found staff to be kind and helpful whenever I've booked here for business travel”

“Rooms: Room was very clean and well maintained. Some light leaks from blackout curtain and door but nothing major.
Food and drinks: Breakfast area isn't the largest so it was hard to find a place to eat during peak time.”

“This is a very nice and clean motel. The only downside was that I didn't get the room that I reserved. I was traveling with 2 friends, and we each wanted a bed, so I reserved a room with 3 double beds. When we arrived, we got a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. They did give us a free rollaway so we each had a separate bed, but it's the principle of the thing, you know? We made a reservation...
I would stay there again, though. It is a nice place!”
“Went to an event but did not see their rooms. Old, historic and preserved fairly well. It was cold, damp and rainy ? out so the venue was fairly cold but such is life.”

“We had a group lunch in their restaurant. Overall the food was good if you coulg get past the brown lettuce and cold soup. Wait staff was outstanding. Thank you. Merriweathers is usually a great place to eat. Great wait staff. Decent portion size and most items are reasonably priced.
We didn't have a room in the motel this time but it was a great place to stay last Fall.”

“I never leave reviews, good or bad. But these folks were so accommodating I decided to take the time. I tow a boat when i travel and I have 2 requirements and 1 request when I travel. I require space for my truck and trailer and I require a power source that I can plug an extension cord in to charge by boat batteries overnight. My request is a room on the first floor as close to my boat as possible because have to carry a lot of stuff in and out. They let me park right next to the outlet on the front of the building and my room was the first one around the corner. They went out of their way for me and thats why I will stay there again the next time im fishing in Lewiston”
“Love the staff, we had a emergency to needed to stay a little longer and they accommodated us, rooms are clean, great brown bag breakfast. Definitely stay there again when traveling.”

“This is a good choice. It's hidden from the public, in a quiet place. One of the women at the desk was very nice and helpful. There is an ice machine, breakfast, drinks, hot tub and pool.
There is a coin operated laundry washer and dryer and a laundromat across the street on 21st street. There are 2 luggage carts.
The room i was in had a refrigerator, TV, and microwave, bathroom tub, hot shower, sink, toilet, and two beds. It is lit by 3-4 lamps, and one ceiling light in the doorway. The heating in the room is good in the cold weather. I didn't try the air conditioner in the cold.
There is no elevator but only 2 stories. If you can find an inexpensive room, this is a good place for a low budget.
There are some cords coming out of the wall and plugged into the wall outlets, these are for the wall lamps.”

“Confluance of the Grande Ronde and Snake Rivers. A raft take out beach and a new two lane jet boat ramp. Many fishing opportunities, where raft trips end and many jet boat trips begin. During summer this place can get busy.
The raft beach is not so good, with current and slippery rocks. More than one truck has been stuck on the beach. Many rafts share the jet boat ramp area. Use a small dirt access to the gravel beach. Make sure to leave room on the beach for the jet boats to safely land and get their trailers ready.”
