I visited 1st automobile for my Lyft and uber inspection. It was great experience every time . John the owner and inspector cici both attended well . Inspection was prompt effortless and it was pleasure coming again and again

They scam people, they double charge service fee. $5 parts and 10 minutes labor will cost you easily $100. They charge transaction fee no matter if you pay debit or credit, then they add shop fee, all bs fee. $60 service end up being $88. Guy is extremely rude.

This crazy shopkeeper — I won’t even call him a mechanic — has absolutely no idea how to run an inspection. He was literally trying to inspect three cars at the same time, walking from one car to mine and then to a third one, with no paper, no pen, no checklist, nothing. He claimed he could “memorize” all the issues, then walked back into the office and tried to submit all three inspections together. Completely reckless.
He has no staff, no system, no organization. He wasn’t even wearing gloves while working under the hood of another car — just going back and forth touching different cars like it was nothing. He even tried to charge a young woman $40 just to put a license plate on car front , something any normal shop would do for $5 or free with inspection charges.
He created a chaotic mess, lost multiple customers right in front of me, and all because he refuses to follow the simplest process: inspect one car at a time, finish it, tell the driver the issues, and move on. Instead, he turned the whole place into disorganized confusion.
I’m practically giving him a free lesson here: if you can’t handle inspections properly, don’t offer free inspections, trying to get me on again. I ’m not coming back, and I strongly recommend that no one else does either****
Extremely unprofessional and unsafe experience. This shop does NOT follow basic first-come, first-served service. For my car inspection, I watched the technician attempt to inspect three different cars at the same time, wasting everyone’s time and creating a completely chaotic environment.
After running around for nearly an hour, he finally told me I ‘needed new wipers’—which were perfectly fine. He gave me this information after another 30 minutes of waiting on the top, with no checklist, no proper process, and obvious confusion. It’s clear he mixed up my car with someone else’s.
This is a serious safety concern. If he can’t keep track of which car he’s inspecting, then safety issues and inspection reports can easily be mixed up between vehicles. That is dangerous and completely unacceptable.
I absolutely do NOT recommend this place

Overcharged for a vehicle inspection. If you go to other places, they charge $60-65 this place charges $75 for Uber and another $24 for Lyft, which totaled $99. TNC vehicle inspection is an inspection not just for Uber and then for Lyft. That’s BS, my inspection is expired and I have to work tomorrow or else I would’ve gone to a different place.

Very expensive, this place add an extra which he believes it’s his service fee with credit card fee even though I told him mine is debit but still charge me 72.80 $ some for just Uber inspection . Not recommended to anyone

Didn’t come come here personally, but I knew not too after the phone call I had in which I called to get a quote to have something changed in my car. I had called three other places and they were able to quote me a price, but when I called here, the person on the phone started quizzing me on what I needed to change. He asked “how do you know that’s what needs to be changed?” I informed them my car screen on the dash literally states that so and so needs to be changed and the person on the phone told me I would need to come in for an inspection to check for sure. Instant red flag ? As a young female it’s hard to make sure I won’t be taken advantage of, that’s why I call and ask first for quotes. Definitely won’t becoming to this place.

I read some disheartening reviews about getting overcharged for a vehicle inspection. I called and ask if they could give me a price. My person hung up the phone. I recalled and was sent straight to voicemail.
What a suspect operation, being marketed by Uber themselves. Just give me the price????

Don’t go here the old man is scammer I understand that car inspection is 60$ everywhere but he charge me 70$ for 2 small plate light I ask he is staff how much is she told me it’s 20$ each so 2 become 40$ but the old man charge me each 35$ I pay 70$ and I ask for bill he not gave me the bill also

The worse person I have seen in my life. He is very rude. Don’t have a good behavior with customers. He make allot excuses to make money I recommend don’t go to this shop. Also he charges more money than another places.
