4/23/25, at 5:30am, the cash register guy provided horrible service and he overcharged me for my coffee REFILL. Refills are supposed to be significantly lower than the regular price. He charged me $2.69. Other 7-Elevens usually charges me no more than $1.90 or less. I know this because I’m a frequent customer within the 7-Eleven franchise. I have accumulated over 12,000 points (see image) and I get coffee often. Never saw a coffee REFILL this expensive. Plus the guy is really rude. I won’t be coming to this 7-Eleven again when I’m in the area. A $2.69 REFILL for coffee is ridiculous. 👎👎

The only reason why I'm even given one star is because I want to leave a review today is April 16th it is 9:10 at night I just left the store this is the rudest store I've ever been in my life I asked if they had any more half-and-half the guy couldn't understand what I was saying and then he literally walked to the back open the door two seconds and said he didn't have any more how do you know you didn't even look dude you didn't even turn on you just open the door for 2 seconds and said I don't got any and then talks to the other guy in their language and started looking at me like I was crazy and laughing first of all your rude as hell you threw my change on the counter you should at least smell good if you're going to be rude like that because of you stink so bad have you ever heard of deodorant you need deodorant I don't know why you don't put any on cuz you smelled horrible I almost threw up on your counter I will never come here again ever after reading all the reviews this place should be shut down

Beware there card Ingenico card readers for credit/debit card transactions has been compromised (they might have a skimmer on there device) cause there security sticker is not the original it's a sticker from there fish sandwich and the other is a produce sticker. They both are white and look legit till you really examine it. Also they were real hesitant giving me my cash for lotto and hit 5 four free tickets win.

just go to the other 7-11 in any other direction. this one sucks bad. I dont think they ever update their displays or anything. Whoever runs this place does a garbage job.

Went to the store to buy this item and charged for two separate items. Went back and was told they had to do it that way. No other explanation besides that. Wasn’t trying to argue but never going back. First and last time.

The store stunk like bad milk, alcohol, and vomit. Staff gave zero acknowledgement that we were there. We wanted to get some water but when we opened the cooler it felt room temperature and the water wasn't even remotely chilled. We left without purchasing anything and went to Safeway for our water. Would not recommend this place to anyone, someone's gonna get sick from bad milk from a non-working cooler.

Its 7 11 but damn the cahier was rude to numerous people and claimed his card reader was down. Sent everyone to the atm that charges 3 75 just to use it.
Got a response from Corprate asking me to review them on the company site which i did and told them that the review stands this store needs serious help and new managers.

0 Stars, Cashier overcharged me for my slurpe and would not pick up calls, Will be confronting in person to dispute soon. Do not go here if possible and ask for a receipt to be sure you weren’t overcharged if you do. Edit: Went back and fixed problem, so that is good, cashier apologized 5/5

I wish I could give 0 stars. I'm never going back to shop at 7'11 again, at any location. Had trouble with the pumps. I paid $5 inside and thought I pumped the gas into my car. I didn't actually receive the gas, I talked with the clerk, tried to prove that I didn't get the gas by offering the clerk to come outside and look at my gas gage, but the language barrier was really difficult for me to try and explain what happened, so I demanded a refund. This location actually did, I was surprised. It was still really upsetting because I had my 4 kids with me and little to no gas in my car. Be careful when you pay with credit or debit card. On July 25 they charge me 35 dollars for gas but their gas pumps were down, I didn’t get any gas all at and they still charge me 35.25.
