Moldy products in the cold case.Many,with seal broken. Donuts dryer out and not eatible. The staff is hostile and make threatening comments to customers. The health department should shut them down.

‼️NEED A SERIOUS REACTION ‼️I went to this 7/11 today (18th Oct 2023) pacific time around 9:45-10:25 pm. I came there with my boyfriend to buy some midnight snacks. When we are trying to check out, the woman ( they say they are working from India) shouted from the speaker that I am stealing something and say they saw it from camera. I am a loyal customer here and by doing that they made my image down. After they have checked and knows I didn’t steal anything, the woman doesn’t have any ethnicity of apologizing and just say it’s morning in Indian so they wrongly saw it. This might seen as a minor case but it obviously made a person image low down so I need the 7/11 community to take serious reaction for this case. ALERTTT‼️‼️

every time i come in here they ask if i want food. that's not usually a problem but i'm a bigger person and it just feels targeted. usually not a problem i take stuff like that but me and a couple buddy's have tested it and they only ask me. all my buddy's are smaller than me by a lot. would not recommend these folks very rude to deal with

The ice cream. It's as if the freezer went out, the ice cream melted and then instead of throwing it out they re-froze it and called it good. I've bought 2 cartons now. It's all ruined!

don’t recommend when me and my friend went to that 7 eleven she had apple pay and they said there apple pay doesn’t work or they dont have it when literally the lady that went before us had apple pay and they accepted her apple pay

I was just purchasing fuel and trying to run in for a soda pop only to find that the line was super long so I left the cash on the counter and ran back to make sure the fuel didn't spill. The lady inside yelled at me. All I bought was a fountain drink. And I left more than enough money. Doesn't seem like very good customer service.

I like that their close, and that for the most part, they have most things that I buy, like, get or use, when I can't find it at Dollar Tree or Dhotson's, however I don't like having to play the maybe it will work, maybe it won't work, when using my debit/credit card through Google or Samsung Pay for someone reason one of the terminals, I always have a problem with their terminals NFC's Tap and Pay, unable to turn my phone into a wallet with one of terminals NFC tap and pay.

There is a younger girl who works at this store who is always on her phone talking when I go to the checkout and never hears what I am asking for....and always seems put out that she has to help anyone.Today when I went over there, I was asked to turn the item so she could scan the barcode. Saw no reason for this, as she doesn't have any braces on her hands and seems to move just fine. If she doesn't want to work there, perhaps you should find a replacement!!

This location trys to double charge you for stuff if you do not ask for a receipt. They've done it a couple of times to my family with small items. In my case regarding the picture , it was for a phone charger. He said it was $14-$16 but I could tell this big dummy had forgotten there was a sticker with a price on it. ??
