Ordered a washer and dryer online and the order went through just fine although they said they could not verify the address and the account remained active with a payment due. Instead of them trying to verify the address, where they have sent me multiple flyers and letters welcoming me to Aaron’s family, the store manager decided not to deliver. Unlike the Aaron’s in Colorado 🎉they did nothing to gain my business again. I had a previous account in 2016 and paid it in full early and still the level of service was less than expected! I too, like other customers went to Rent-a-Center and the process was easy from beginning to end! Recently that same manager called me about a special they were having and when I told her she was the one that told me they couldn’t deliver to my address and they didn’t even come out to check, she passed the buck and said “they” told me today that! I feel like they should have owned it! But why call me now? Absolutely ridiculous

I wish I could give Aaron's Furniture zero stars. My experience with this company has been beyond frustrating. From the beginning, there was a complete lack of customer service. No one contacted me to schedule the delivery, and I had to repeatedly chase down the store just to get on the schedule. The store manager refused to speak with me directly and never followed through on promised callbacks.
When the delivery was finally scheduled, the delivery driver refused to complete the job. I had to start all over again trying to reschedule, and it took another week just to get on the schedule a second time. Once again, I received no call to confirm, and despite rearranging my work schedule to be home for the delivery, they never showed up.
This has been the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I cannot recommend Aaron's Furniture to anyone and will not be doing business with them again. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Livid. I have an account with Aaron’s already. I make my payments on time. I went online today to purchase a washer and dryer. I log into my account and find the washer and dryer I want and go to start my lease. It has me fill out an application (which is ridiculous since I already have an active account-should just be able to add it). I fill out the information they already have on file and click submit and it tells me it can’t verify my identity! Huh?? I’m already a customer! Rent A Center just lets me go in to my online account and add what I want to cart and checkout with no application because they ALREADY KNOW ME and I’m already a customer. Why make it so difficult? I was going to purchase from Aaron's because of the sale-but I’ll just go to Rent A Center, they treat me better.

I have read the review and I also have bought several items from Aarons a few years ago. I saw complaints about Adrian, keep in mind they have two Adrians in the store, one is the store manager, very rude and unprofessional. I sent my family to this store in Auburn and they were treated badly by Adrian. The other Adrian in the accounts manger, kind, professional easy to talk with no pressure understands and works with you if you have any issues. If I need something again, I will go to Rent a center or buy from furniture store. I was told Adrian (accounts manager) is no longer there. I give two stars only due to the customer service. New staff needs training and need learn the products of the stores. Never buy the used items, always get the new ones. Look for deals! Read your contract before signing.

They have an Absolutely beautiful store with lots of room to show off what they have which is a lot and a great variety of things and the store was pristine completely spotless you could tell that the people who work there take pride in their store and omg this store smelled absolutely amazing lol it was a Great experience i will definitely recommend this store to anyone and everyone.

Very clean place, free delivery and pickup for rented furniture. Has an option to buy. Make sure to ask about price matching. Products appear to be priced at MSRP at the time of original production year and doesn't account for competitive environment and newer models. I observed $1,000 difference on a cash out washer and dryer between this location and Lowe's.

This is the absolute worst location. We have made every payment on time with proof through our bank. They have called over and over accusing us of not paying our payments that are automatically deducted from our bank account. We called to ask what the heck was going on and Adrian decided to start yelling at my husband accusing us again of being in the wrong. My husband had the bank account open in front of him with EVERY posted transaction, on time. Something shady is going on at this location. When I asked if money was being pocketed, he seriously acted like he had taken the money himself and just got caught. Don't trust this location. We will no longer do business with this shady company.
