I was rear ended and needed to get the damages repaired. The insurance adjuster for the gentleman who hit me recommended Caliber Collision and so did my insurance company. Michael was able to provide an estimate that the insurance adjuster was also able to have and he took the time to explain next steps and the process that was going to happen. My car was scheduled for the next week and Caliber was in contact with me through texts with progress updates and even able to keep the insurance adjuster and the car rental company informed so I didn't have to worry about I ut anything. They were able to finish repairs faster than expected too. This was my first accident in 35 years of driving and I was so afraid of how long and time consuming it could have been. Caliber Collision staff were very clear and patient with me. They helped me through something that was new and overwhelming by making it easy for me to have my car repaired. If I ever need Collision damage repairs in the future, they would be my first choice. Highly recommend them.

They run a tight ship here.
Had auto body work completed to fix damage from a collision about a year ago. Wasn’t completely satisfied with the extra cabin noise I noticed after the repair that wasn’t there prior, so I brought up the issue with management.
The wind noise was noticeably worse than prior to the accident, which wasn’t immediately apparent unless driven beyond a certain speed and was also more audible depending on where you sat in the vehicle.
Though the manager had a difficult time confirming what I experienced, he gracefully undertook the responsibility of remedying the situation. He left no stone unturned, researching possible solutions and performing a reevaluation of work already completed to weed out potential causes.
It became readily apparent after my experience that a high level of effort and commitment to outstanding customer service is a trait shared amongst the entire team here and that is typically influenced primarily from the top with terrific leadership.
