This place is sketchy. I went in for a consultation with Nisha, didn’t sign up for their services because she kept changing her prices during that conversation. 6 months later, they billed me $250 with them saying that I agreed and signed up for them to do my basic book keeping. Apparently they think it’s fine to forge signatures.Take your business elsewhere!

Do not use, bad communication, bad service, no accountability. I'm having to have my 2021 taxes amended because he did such a poor job. Avoid this accountant, he will cost you additional dollars which I'm having to pay now to redo his work.

Too busy, hit or miss team. I approached them since a few folks recommended to me to talk to them. Apart from the first time (during client acquisition), the team didn’t have any time to come on phone. All the conversations were email.Moreover I provide them tax docs weeks in advance but they were too busy to file. Last 2 days of tax filing period, the accountant comes back with 10x the tax estimate without any justification for why it is so when nothing substantial has changed in my income situation.

I've experienced mistake after mistake and they'll blame you. I walked in day one and they told me I was supposed to call for the appointment they had arranged but never mentioned it was by phone. Jake is the least professional businessman I've encountered. This place is joke and a huge waist of time.I am a prior customer of yours. My name isn't relevant to the poor service privided by Action Tax. The appointment was never setup as a phone call. We arrived for said appointment with the only instructions that our appointment was set for the specific time. Nice attempt to twist my words. If it's not clear I won't be making the same mistake twice by using your careless service. You screwed up my taxes (which are finally straightened out by a professional) and I will never go back. If anyone asks me who I recommend I'll start with who I don't recommend, Action Tax...

If there is a negative star I will use it. I talked to Jake Hanes, who is not only condescending but also unprofessional. I have an appointment on a certain time but he said that I was the one who supposed to call. This is a total lie because I had appointments with them before and they are the ones who always call me. Also, Jake did not even have any preparation on what is the call about. My appointment was a follow up from a previous question and I should not be repeating myself. Lastly, I asked for a specific reference for a tax question and he told me that he does not memorize all the IRS tax details, which is understandable. However, Jake did not even offer to follow up and offer to look up the tax question I have. What kind of CPA or professional would not be able to research a basic question regarding what they supposed to specialize from?Stay away from these people.

Terrible service. The receptionist lady is rude. I set an appt anyway. They called super late to the point where I couldn't answer right away. Called back seconds later and they didn't answer my call. Called again and still no answer. After reading the previous reviews I'm not shocked.
