I can’t believe the horrible treatment I got from whoever answered the phone she didn’t let me talk to the manager and she says she was the manager but didn’t wanna give me her name I never got call stupid on the phone just cause I asked couple questions I can’t believe a big store like that has the worst customer service ever.! I been buying adidas my whole life for someone to treat me this horrible just for asking couple questions absolutely insane if I can put -0 star I will smh
I bet whoever answered the phone has a horrible life style.! Nasty.!!!!

Stopped by the Adidas Outlet inside the Auburn Outlet Collection (Supermall). It’s positioned near one of the many mall entrances, but don’t expect a restroom close by. It’s a bit of a walk. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and had a solid range of outlet selections. Employees stayed attentive and engaged but nothing over-the-top. I appreciated how easy it was to find sizes and browse without feeling overwhelmed. If you’re in the mall already, it’s worth a stop for some decent deals.

First-Time Friendliness: Yes

Shit product! Wore for one 8hr shift, new socks, clean, regular shoes...holes developed in sock, blisters on foot. Never, ever had this happen with their products. Been buying Adidas since the 80s, I will never buy their crap products again.

This store does NOT take online returns. Adidas falsely claims that you can go to a store and they will return an online item for you. Each store has their own policy whether or not they are taking online returns but there is no way for a customer to know that since the website doesn't say you can only go to specific stores.

I recently had a frustrating experience with Addidas that has led me to decide I will no longer be shopping with them. I had ordered a pair of shoes to be delivered to a local store so that I could try them on before making a final decision. Unfortunately, when I went to the store, the shoes didn’t fit as expected.
The store manager assured me that if the shoes didn't fit, I could receive a refund. However, when it came time to address the issue, the manager fell back on technicalities and did nothing to make the situation right. Despite my understanding of the technical limitations involved, it was evident that the manager was unwilling to assist or find a reasonable solution.
While I appreciate that there might be operational constraints, the lack of customer service and unwillingness to help left a very negative impression. This experience has unfortunately soured my view of Addidas, and I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Despite getting a premium parking space, I elected not to seriously shop. The store was very crowded for a 50 percent off sale. Adidas for 50 percent off!!! I was in potential Heaven having paid full price through their app on many items. Very nice and helpful young African -American male sales staff who I will certainly seek out when I return when it's less crowded. Big store with large shoe and mens' departments. Smaller womens' and even smaller kids selections.

AWEFUL!! There is a way to provide customer service and "watch" people. This team is bad at both. Not one person offered to assist but while the entire store is a big mess the employees (plural) decided to only straighten items next to where I was standing. So close that they bumped against me (twice). Not a oops, excuse me, hi, how you doing, may I help you...nothing. It was very noticeable and made me extremely uncomfortable. To the female employee with black hair (blond streak near nap of neck), those black booty shorts are more suitable as pajamas and not work attire. Was so happy we didn't find anything to purchase. Do better!
