We like the vehicle we bought there, but STILL waiting to get the title and permanent license plates. (Purchased vehicle 12-15-24 and it's now 2-7-25). The temporary plates expired on 1-29-25 and DOL has no record of this sale in their system. Very frustrating.
When I called them on 1-27-25 because I was concerned about this issue, I felt like I just got "lip service". I don't want to drive it without current license plates, but apparently our sale hasn't gone through DOL yet....

Ryan is a very nice guy. He always assured me he would be happy to help if anything was wrong with the car after purchasing. The car slections are all clean and well maintained. They have a variety type of cars as well.
The reason for 4 star is I haven't made a purchase here but was treated welcomed.

After some research, JD Auto Sales LLC and Alpha Auto Sales are linked. The 2007 Subaru forester we bought there turned out to be a total disaster. Off the lot the radiator had to be replaced as it leaked coolant when we drove the car from Auburn to Seattle. Then the head gasket had to be fully replaced $3,500 and the engine pulled and cleaned, also the rack and pinion is leaking transmission fluid. That can be fixed for another $1,000. The mechanic who has worked on the car said this car had bad attempts to fix the head gasket with disastrous consequences to the engine and before we bought it was declared a rebuilt car. BEWARE! have the car fully checked by a trusted mechanic before you buy !

I went to Alpha auto sales this weekend, to look at a car that was advertised. Ryan was a welcome change from many used car salesmen. He was transparent , in what the car needed and what he planned to do. ( moisture inside - yes, we all live in Washington. ) He was clear on the phone , about the details on the car. He was not pushy or domineering. I did not buy the car, but if i need one in the future, I will go back to him.
