I am very disappointed in American Eagles jeans quality. I have been buying their men’s air flex jeans exclusively for many years now because of the comfort and fit. Recently I have had at least 4 pairs of jeans fail (rip) at the exact same seam in the crotch area. The rest of the jeans are fine and barely show wear. I reached out to customer service about the issue after several pairs failed and they were no help at all. I sent them pictures, receipts, batch numbers, etc. and after all of the email exchanges they got back to me and said they were unwilling to help. Nothing…no apology, no offer to replace them, not even a discount for another pair! They are not tight, they are comfortably loose, so that is not the issue. I take good care of my clothes and do not over wear or over wash them. For the price you pay for their jeans I expect them to last much longer than they do. Needless to say I do not recommend their jeans, and will not be buying them any longer, especially after the horrible customer service experience. Very disappointing!

Ordered some jeans and had to return them because they were too long. Asked the staff person if they had these jeans in the store and she said they did not have them and did the return. As I was leaving the store, something said look around the store to see what else they have. I found the very jeans I was looking for. It is very clear that the staff does not know what merchandise is on the floor and she did not think to ask other coworkers. SMH. I had ordered the jeans and was told I could not cancel the order and now I have to wait for the jeans to come in the mail.

This is the absolute best location. I went in for a FREE personal styling appointment. It was with Rhyan. She not only got me everything I needed without even having to leave the dressing room, she helped me with sizing, discovering my style, pushing my boundaries and I left leaving fabulous. It was such an amazing experience and Rhyan was SO friendly and fun. She related to me so much and really helped give me confidence. Thank you!!

Great store with a large selection of items. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Items well organized and easy to find. If you catch a sale even better! Definitely recommend!

CHECK THE JEANS BEFORE BUYING THEM!!found TWO stains on ones I had just bought.... They won't let me return them?! Horrible! I spent over$200!! At least let me exchange them... AND THEIR JEANS STINK ???

Customer service was AMAZING and sales were VERY AWESOME FOR BACK TO SCHOOL.....the gal at the Auburn super mall was extremely nice helpful and helped us save an extra 15%. AMAZING
