“'Been a customer of this bank/branch for 20+ years. Other than the cash machine occasionally running out of money and sun glare making it hard to see the screen at times (Yeah, OK. Not applicable this spring!), I've had nothing but great experiences with this branch. The personnel are unfailingly cordial, knowledgeable and helpful. I especially like the presence of the customer service person either resolving problems on the spot or directing people to others who can best address their issues. Cuts the wait time a lot. I also like the fact that I can get my transaction taken care of without being pitched on some kind of up-sell product ... a total turn-off for me.”

Highly recommended to make appointments with her. (Don't know about other people who works here yet, we just moved to this area). Love Chase bank, been with Chase for many years. Cones: AC is way to cold here.”
