Customer service was really thoughtful and engaging. I waited, but that's life in the big city.

UPDATE: I finally went through a top end AT&T rep, and was credited a good amount of money. Even they recognized the inept ability of this store, and their employees and “management”. Again, never go here. Drive the extra miles if you need to. I’d avoid the west Seattle location too, as the manager there is apparently in charge of this store too.
Let me tell you a story, I went into this store for a new phone in November of 2024, I was given a great deal that would reduce our phone bill (two of us with two lines and a couple watches), and our bill would be reduced from $200/M to even less! I’m no idiot, mind you, and not one to get played by a scam (or so I thought).
Fast forward to June of 2025, I did get played. We have paid well over $3,000 for two phone lines and two Apple Watches in a 6 month span, doing the math that is over a years worth of cell phone bills for us . And as it turned out, the employee who scammed us has actually since been fired by this store (so they say). Even so, they were practically useless when it came to fixing any sort of problem. Lazy, insufficient, a lot of words and BS and zero action. If anyone else has had this happen to them via this store, please reach out.
I would HIGHLY recommend never getting anything from this store. I am not much of a protester, but I could easily see myself outside the next few months warning others. They are scam artists, they are lazy, and worst of all they don’t actually have ANY pull to work with the actual AT&T company. By the way, this location doesn’t really have a “manager”, the guy who they claim manages it works out of west Seattle, and he’s just as full of crap as the people that call him their manager. If there were negative stars to be given, I’d be all over it, and I don’t even like to Yelp.

Ashton was great. Quickly resolved our cell phone upgrade and got us a new phone accessories and even save us money by bundling internet. Will happily come to the west seattle store at 4730 42ND AVENUE SW if Ashton is helping us anytime.

I can't say enough about the great help I got from a fine gentleman named Tim at the Ballard ATT store. He spent 20 minutes getting my phone straightened out and working and I'm much appreciative. This great help he gave was done from the sidewalk outside the store because the store wasn't even open yet. Now that's service. Thanks Tim. I'll be sending my friends your way at the Ballard ATT.

Literally the worst store in the world. Every time you go in there to get a SIM card replaced they sign you up for a bogus device protection program without asking you and then you have to call like three different phone numbers to cancel it and it takes an hour. Everything also takes like 2 hours because the people there are incompetent.

EDIT: I did reach out to the email provided by the owner comments and received no response.
RUN away from this store. tl:dr: the employees at this store are incompetent at best and fradulent at worst. I am still dealing with headaches they caused over a week later and to date am 5 hours deep trying to correct their mistakes and I still cannot recieve calls or text messages.
They are an authorized retailer, not an official store. We transfered from another carrier and it took them 3 hours and they made many mistakes while setting up our account, costing us another Sunday afternoon going to the U Village Store where it was a huge headache for the manager to correct all the accounts mistakes. One huge mistake was that the person put my husband's middle instead of first name on the account, which is a very hard mistake to correct as it is one of the primary identifiers for the account holder. In addition, the Ballard employees added fees and insurance to our account without our consent AFTER they had showed us the price per month which totalled an extra $60/month in fees between me and my husband. Finally, they made an error with installing my eSIM card causing issues with my ability to receive text messages, which I am still trying to rectify. The U Village employee and manager both said they get a lot of customer complaints coming from the Ballard store specifically. Save yourself time and headache and do not go to this store.

Tim at this Ballard AT&T store was beyond helpful today. I came in with an iphone problem-no email-that he analyzed quickly and patiently explained to me. After walking me through the steps to fix the problem, he periodically checked in with me to make sure I was on track. Most of all, he didn't make me feel like an idiot. High praise for his customer service.

Stood around for 15 minutes without any kind of acknowledgment. Waste of time.

Nghi Le spent nearly 2 hours with us this afternoon trying to add my sister to our family plan and get her off her other carrier. There were many steps and it was frustrating working with the other carrier, but he was creative and resourceful and very very patient. He stayed half an hour after the store closed to finish with us. I am so grateful!

Very good service. I’m older and Kyle and neither nor Scarlett were condescending and they were patient in teaching me how to properly use apps and other things

What a nightmare! One of the sales reps set up our business account using a temporary phone number. Ever since, Apple thinks that's our number, and we are locked out of iCloud. The store is unhelpful, simply saying the sales rep no longer works there. :-(

False promises, hidden charges, idk how this company gets away with literally stealing its customers.Context:They said that if I included certain lines every extra line was gonna be only $5 at the time, but they ended up costing $45 each somehow, they said that I was only gonna pay a certain amount for my new phone after trade in and they never registered the phone I traded in, they basically just stole it. So I ended up paying the full amount for the new phone.I’ve never had a good experience with At&t and now that I’m with T-Mobile they’re charging me a cancellation fee of $109 haha so crazy.I wonder if other people experience these things ?
